Return process of the manufacturer was complicated and time consuming. It also involved sending them photos and videos. Best Buy took the machine, checked to see that all the parts were there and gave us credit, on the spot.

Good when it does not leak!

Milk frothing can also lead to milk leak, still could not figure out how or why it has happened.Returned promptly.

Great espresso maching for the price

For the price, this is exactly what we were looking for. We purchased a much more expensive unit initially and ended up returning it because it was too complicated and made a mess. We are very happy with this machine.
