Still toasting the wrong side of the bagel

My purchase was to get a toaster that actually can toast a bagel on one side. Unfortunately this toaster does do a better job than previous ones, but still does some toasting on the outer side.

Had trouble at first locating the crumb trays but the opening for the trays are in the back. Really like this toaster.

The settings work as described which is always a plus. No complaints at this time as everything we have toasted has come out as expected. I was able to buy this as a deal of the day, which makes it an added bonus.

There is a nice sliding control on both sides so you can determine how brown you want your toast. It is durable stainless steel and looks good with any decor! And with a great price!
