Had high hopes for this toaster. Relatively new entry in the toaster wars so not much info. to go on. Gave it a try for half off. I'll be back in the toaster market when it is returned. If you are a huge consumer of toasted bagels this is the toaster for you. If you want a good piece of classic, nicely browned bread aka toast look elsewhere. Toasting settings go from Reheat to #6. The first piece of toast from this toaster when set to 3 and came out nearly burnt. Son went without toast that morning as he had no time to fiddle with what is supposed to be a simple appliance. Several pieces of either carbon or barely crusted over bread later we gave up on toast. Eventually we figured out that if you pushed the bagel button and had the browning slider on 2.5 you got a nicely browned piece of bread on the outside but the inside was barely changed and was the same as eating a piece of bread straight from the bag. One should not have to trick their toaster into making toast. Looks nice but it was not designed to slowly brown a piece of bread while turning the interior into an authentic piece of toast. This thing is going back to BB. Everyone wants everything fast these days so it was designed to do that but it does not deliver toast. Going to have to bite the bullet and spring for a real toaster.

Got it on sale, I needed the convenience of the 4 slots.

Like many others, we upgraded our toaster to the four slot and have never looked back. We have five kids, so this toaster gets used A LOT! It toasts great and is cleaned easily.

My family and I are very happy with this toaster. We've been using a toaster oven for a few years and my wife hates the way it toasts, so I got this on a whim as a gift for the house. It works very well, consistently, and can easily accommodate thick slices and bagels. I usually avoid single purpose devices because of my smallish kitchen but I've found that this one really is head and shoulders above my multipurpose toaster.

Work great we had a smaller version and upgraded to the bigger one bread comes out nice and toasty.

Easy to used.Control panel also is easy to use for the color of toaster. Fast way to make a breakfast.

This model looks modern. The temperature and time of toasting allows both sides of bread to toast evenly. Enjoying the nicely toasted breads.

I had the toaster for 3 years and use almost daily with no problems.

Love this thing! Toasts pretty evenly and the heat options make it easy to toast bagels perfectly. Feeding two kids, this thing is a life save.

This is probably the best toaster I have had. I cook a breakfast daily and this toaster delivers.

Works great. Bagels fit perfect. It is easy to adjust settings. Couldn't be more happier.

The toaster works fast and toasts evenly the bread and beagles. It has a good setting lever for how dark or light you want your bread. So far foe almost 2 months I have had no problems. Best toaster I have bought, especially at the low price they offered.

Nice toaster, settings are accurate, toast and bagels come out perfect, haven't tried frozen feature yet.

When the grandchildren come over on the weekend we need a larger toaster to handle the crowd.

Love it. Works well,easy to use. My children use it everyday and it's pretty easy to keep clean.
