    Good looking toaster that has many options. It toasts bagels and thicker slices bread. It's easy to clean and I keep it out on the counter because it has a nice sleek look.

    Love this toaster because it is for 4 slices of bread and is convenient for us to toast our bread at the same time. Plus it looks very nice on the counter :)

    Have had NO problems with the stainless steel toaster. It does take several times using to get the right brownness on the bread. replaced a very old toaster. Would buy again.

    Great toaster. Works well and love the gluten free option for denser GF breads. Only wish it had a defrost button for frozen items.

    After using the toaster for the first time, one side of the toaster lit up red like fire and i cancelled the toast, thereafter it was only toasting the outer sides of the bread. Went to do an exchange and Best Buy can only ship a replacement and was told they cannot waive the shipping charges and store pickup was not an option. The toaster turns hot when in use given its stainless steel and I would have liked for the reheat level numbers to illuminate so its easier to see and set.
