    The reason I bought a new toaster is because the last one was not cooking evenly and this one is absolutely terrible. It looks pretty but it’s extremely inconsistent and I realized the bagel setting doesn’t even do anything and burns the bottoms, it’s less than 2 months old and going into the trash. On normal setting each slot has a different consistency but one of them cooks only on one side.

    It only toast on one side of bread ,so while toasting two slices of bread only one side of each gets toasted , I just started using it now I can not return because the return date ended on the 23 and its the 26 of the month .

    Not happy with our toaster. It only toasts on one side. It’s very touchy between not toasted and almost burnt.

    Looked good until i used it. Does not eject toast on either side. Continues to toast bread and burn it on lowest setting.

    Disappointing toaster. Bagel feature didn't work, both sides toasted equally. Also, couldn't find a setting for toast. It was either light or dark, burnt toast is something you will have to get used to. Returned it just in time.
