Excellent projector for gaming or movie night. It has very good focus uniformity, is very bright, relatively quiet in eco mode, and has low latency. Benq has always delivered good quality electronics for the price in my opinion.

This has turned out to be the best projector that i've ever owned. I'm very glad that I purchased this and the brightness is the best along with the clarity of the words. I'm going to really enjoy this projector hopefully for years.

Bought the projector for a garage golf simulator/ movie room. Projector is bright enough to watch during the day when the light are off. I would definitely recommend for most people.

I have my PS5, Xbox Series X, Switch, and Steam Deck hooked up to it. Image is clear after adjusting the focus and the colors look great. We had a 50 inch hisense tv that broke and decided to give projectors a try. Originally went with a epson 880 but the input lag was too noticeable to me so I did some research and ending up with this one. The Epson has an input lag of 40-50ms, for most people that would be ok but I am very sensitive to latency so it was unplayable. The TH575 is rated for 16.7ms, I plugged all my game consoles in for a test and did not notice latency at all. Everything felt very responsive.
Since it has pretty nice colors, the movie watching experience is also great. This projector is now our go to for any kind of entertainment. Its bright enough to use during the day even with the blinds open. As long as the sun isn't shining right at the spot where the picture is you can easily use this for day time viewing. Overall this is a great projector for gaming and movies.

Great 1080p Projector, Especially for the Money

Sure, it's just 1080p, but it's a spectacular 1080p. Granted, I'm coming from a crappy no-name 480p projector from ten years ago, but this projector is a gigantic improvement from what I had. Image clarity, focusing, etc, are all very good.
Regarding brightness, you might want to put it into eco mode if you're using it in a dark room. That might sound bad, but you'll be glad of it if you're using it in a room that's either well-lit or has a lot of light bleeding through the curtains.
My only complaints are that the USB port can't be used for a USB DAC and the built-in DAC isn't great. But otherwise, this is a very good projector. Though, for a long time, a lot of projectors didn't have audio output at all, so maybe I'm just nitpicking a bit too much.

This projector has a very decent picture quality and fast latency. My big drawback is no horizontal keystone. Which means you have to have the basically dead center of your room.

Images are very bright and very clear, and motion is very smooth. Great having the low latency mode for games, no significant issues with input lag, even on fast paced console games. The only cons are the terrible speakers and that there is no horizontal keystone.

Had bought an Epson projector first. The clarity and color were not good. It was a pain to get to work. The BenQ has been so easy to get up and running. The picture quality is far superior to the Epson. Great product.

The BenQ quality in unmatched. I try to do plenty of research before buying anything and this one was rated the best projector under $1000. Sure its only 1080p, but you cannot tell a different from 4K to 1080p on a projector under $5k anyway. I wish it had bluetooth, but I just use a fire stick.

As a projector newbie, I didn’t know how much I needed to spend. This is waay better than I expected! Picture is amazing and huge. I have it set up in my basement, with screen size at 130”. No need to spend anymore, as I can’t imagine it being “that” much better. All my friends would agree. Perfect set up with my firestick, would buy again!

works like intended. pretty simple set up. used this for an independent film fest a few weeks back and had no issues. only thing is theres only 1 mono audio output from the projector and we were trying to go into a stereo mixer but we resolved that problem by messing around with input settings on our mixer.

I wish the projector had horizontal keystoning. Having it be directly straight on is not ideal. Otherwise is good picture quality and quiet.

Good unit but no sound output method other than built in speaker. I have had 100$ projectors with av out. Disappointing.
