They did very good overall install on the dishwasher with recommendations of other things to do

Excellent install. The technician was early which meant on time. He was efficient and knowledgeable.

the installation was a little tedious because the floor tile was not run under the dishwasher. The guys took their time with the leveling and securing to do a great job! Also made sure that machine functioned and NO leaks!

This review is for the dishwasher installation. Overall the installation was completed very professionally and no additional issues during or post installation. Only reason took a star off was that it was about 3-4 weeks to get the dishwasher installed. THis was also during the holiday season which there is an increase. But installation was done within the timeframe they stated and was performed very professionally

I like my new dishwasher. It is very quiet and does everything that I need it to do.

I wish I was here for the installation of my dishwasher just to see what happened during the install. I'm not saying that anything bad transpired I'm just saying the the story was quite entertaining. I asked the installers to do something that they did not have to. And they actually did it however in order to install a dishwasher there are a couple things you should know like where the water shut-off valves are and to remove the plastic piece that you push out in your garbage disposal in order to attach the dishwasher to it. Now from what I understand our installer was training somebody else. Well kudos to you that you are the most qualified to teach however the second part to teaching is following through. Besides that I couldn't be happier with new dishwasher and the installation. Thank you very much

The guys did a great job of installing my new Thermador dishwasher after waiting six months for it’s arrival. When installer demonstrated how to clean the filter, the drain component was not “snapped” back into position properly and the first cycle did not drain. I looked up in the manual and was able to figure out why it wasn’t draining properly. No problems since.

There's been a lot of reviews concerning the dishwasher leaking voltage. My new Bosch did this. The problem is that the electrical box on the dishwasher is made of plastic. Thus the typical electrical coil cannot ground to it. A separate wire must be wrapped around the coil and plugged into the ground bolt inside plastic box. Otherwise the dishwasher is great and quiet.

My dishwasher installation went very smoothly. They came within the correct time frames and they called prior to arriving. They were careful, knowledgeable, and set it up perfectly. They tested it, gave us a free sample of dishwasher cleaner, and even cleaned up after themselves. They were also friendly to talk to and answered our questions. I love my new stainless Kitchen Aid dishwasher. I've had it for just about a year and it still looks and runs like new. It's so quiet that I don't even know it's running. I love the long bar that opens the door, I don't like those push up levers. I also love the spacing and layout of the racks, and it cleans so much better than the crappy Kenmore I had - which started going defective in under a year and died in under 2 years with barely any usage! If you are building a house, and the contractor uses Kenmore, pay extra to upgrade to a different brand!! I had to replace both the dishwasher and the fridge!! They were crap!

5/5. Installers arrived on time and were very respectful and professional.

The two gents that came out for this service were very polite, prompt and exceptionally quick at their work. One of them was a trainee and the Sr. tech took his time making sure that the "new guy" understood not only how the install took place, but why it was done in that order. Well done by both and they finished a full kitchen install in less than 3 hours with removal.

Fast and efficient install. I've used the dishwasher for a month now, and no problems.
