    The only thing I dont like about this recliner is the arms are only held on with a zipper on 1 side and velcro on the other side and they keep falling down. Other than that its great and very comfortable

    Size was smaller than advised. Material isn't long-lasting, it's not high quality material. For 400 dollars the value of the chair is not worth it. Feels like it could break at any time. I'm 5'1 and my feet still hang off the footrest.

    I love it but I didn’t know the arms were healed to the recliner with a zipper and Velcro. The Velcro could be stronger. I had to have my dad staple it on the Velcro side to fix it moving so much

    Very nice chair but the massage function/remote was malfunctioning and eventually stopped working all together. I should have reported the issue right away but it started working. Now I've missed the return window. The chair os comfortable so guess I'll just recline in it.

    I give it 4 stars because for the most part, its a great chair. However, on the right side, the velcro is horrible. Whoever designed this chair shouldve zipped *both* sides of the arms, not just one! It wouldve been a lot less frustrating!

    Bought this chair for my husband’s birthday and Christmas gift and he loves it. I was kind of worried about not getting it on his birthday but instead we received it on a Saturday before we left home was glad about but the must of all I love that when I go on line the chair keep going down and call to get price match and they are good with helping me .

    I ordered this chair December 1,2024 it was supposed to be delivered on the 6th of December, its now the 16th of December and no chair or no refund from Best Buy. I’ll never use this website for online ordering again!
