A bit harder than I like but it does give a good contour for the neck while sleeping. Does its job as stated. If they made it a bit softer like tempur-pedic it would be a 5 star pillow.

Very comfortavle, ergonomic design seems perfect. Comfortable and cool. Whether sleeping on your back, side or stomach down woth your head to the side the contour confortablely aligns to natural positions. Have found it to be drastically better than a yraditional pillow when wearing a CPAP.

I have obstructive sleep apnea. I also have insomnia. It’s hard for me to go to sleep and stay asleep. For the first time in a long time I got a good nights rest. My head and shoulders fit just right no matter which way I turn.
