Bird feeder received bent in several places. This appears to be a defect in the manufacturing process. I attempted to return to Best Buy but they would not accept the return after 14(!) days. This was a birthday gift so it was not opened until a couple days past the ridiculously small return window. We went ahead and put up this lopsided feeder and then Birdfy had a system-wide outage for several days. In the meantime, I reached out to Netvue to file a warranty claim. No response! I will be disputing with my cc company. $300 bird feeder and total regret. There are so many cheaper options available- go with one of those.
