Best mop bot I’ve ever had, and I’ve had three now. Bravva jet m6 was ok, but nothing to the scrubbing power this thing has. No issues getting over flooring dividers (thresholds). No idea how the vacuum works, and I don’t plan to use it since Neato is the best vacuum. Neato goes and vacuums, BISSELL goes out afterwards to mop!

Been using this vacuum for a few months. It doesn't have as much suction as is necessarily needed for my very sheddy dogs so I do find Tufts of hair deposited all over the house despite using it every day. It's not getting full, just dropping hair. The flap that keeps everything in is held on with a small clip that broke on my machine. Make sure you sign your warranty and keep your receipt!

I’ve had this vacuum/mop for about 4 months… it’s been relatively good unfortunately it broke after about 6weeks and customer support replaced it no problems asked

The app is not available to control the robot in Brazil or any Latin America. Also, the post sales support is poor… try ro reach them several times

I love it but every single time it finds something to get caught up on. Im okay with it since I got it at a very discounted price. Its pretty quiet and it maps our your home. Then in the app you block off the areas you dont want it in. Thats how I got it to stop climbing up into the back of the couch. It cleans well and you can set it up to clean daily at the same time.

I like that it's quiet but it gets stuck on absolutely nothing, gets lost and can't find it's way home and the app is awful. It constantly gives errors when there isn't anything wrong. It doesn't run on schedule either. When it does work it actually picks up decently though.

Love this so much I bought one for upstairs and one for down. If you are going to use the scheduler, it's best to have one for each floor since it maps the area for each. I run them in the middle of the night and wake to clean rugs. I might also add that buying two on sale was cheaper than the original price for one. Also really like the mop because it sweeps before wiping 8n one step.

SpinWave R5 is excellent on hard-wood, laminate, and all our carpet and flat lying rugs. From full charge to empty it cleaned for 2.5 hours straight and much quieter than anticipated. Empty often... it picks up everything!

App is slow and has connectivity issues.. doesn’t really update as the robot maps things out. The Spinwave also fell down the stairs while mapping my new place and broke. Had it for a year or so cleaning a one-story apartment. Cleans fine but often got stuck and couldn’t be left alone to work overnight

I enjoy the bissey very much! It is excellent at mopping but can sometimes get caught on rugs with loose tassles but usually goes over them. Overall one of the best purchases I have ever made! I look forward to future products!

Impressed so far. The robot has been on 8+ missions half vacuuming and half wet polishing and so far I'm a happy camper.

This is my 2nd unit. 1st one didn’t charge. The vac and mop did a really good job. The software that drives the machine was very frustrating. I spent too much time on the phone with their support team, who were very good.

Pros: the machine vacuums and mops well. I like the spinning mops much better than other robot mop vacuums. It holds a lot of liquid cleaner, and a full tank will clean approx 1000 sq ft. Cons: the machine stops charging and Bissell customer service is AWFUL. It has happened 2x in less than a year of ownership. Bissell makes you jump through a million hoops, it takes weeks or months to get a return number and label. The finally sent a new machine, which ALSO STOPPED CHARGING. Now I am having to go through the whole process of trying to obtain a return.

Love, love, love. Unfortunately it doesnt replace a mop or vacuum for deeper cleans, but it is great for quick cleans and small messes. I use it in between my regular floor cleanings. Super easy to use and setup was quick. The app also works when you arent home so you can clean from close or far. It gets into the corners, very close to furniture, and floorboards. Way closer and cleaner than some other smart vacuums I've used in the past.

The BISSELL SpinWave R5 Robotic Mop & Vacuum has been a game-changer for my cleaning routine. Its automated features make tidying up effortless, and I appreciate the dual mopping and vacuuming functionality. The app controls are intuitive, and it does a great job navigating around furniture. However, I deducted one star because I noticed some streaks on my tile floor after mopping. Overall, a solid performer that just needs a bit of improvement in the streak-free cleaning department.

What a dream! No more stressing about vacuuming or sweeping and it mops.

it has kept our house floors super clean and we have dogs that always track in dirt... super hard to maintain but this has made it super easy

I have tried a few different robot vacuums. This works better than most with good battery life but small dust collector.
