I spent hours researching and chose this as my new vacuum and I am glad I did. It's so easy to lift off the canister and get up and down the stairs with my pet attachment, getting cat hair off the steps, off the furniture. I love the auto-adjusting feature of the base going from carpet to floor. I love that the base is lit allowing me to see all the dust down a dark hallway. And bonus, the wand is lit too, so vacuuming under the sofa and other shadowed areas allows me to see what's there to vacuum up. It's so simple to use, to clean and it sucks up all the cat litter that gets tracked around, fur, and everything else. If there's just a little mess or spot to clean up, I get the vacuum out because it's that easy to fire up and be done 2 minutes later. I'm very, very, happy with this choice! I used to hate the hassle of vacuuming the stairs ~ not anymore! It looks nice too ~ rose gold and black. Seriously, you cannot beat this functionality at such a low price.

This is an amazing vacuum, it's light, nimble & easy to use. It does a fantastic job at cleaning as an upright vacuum & with the added benefit of the lift-off canister for tackling jobs that better suite this mode is the icing on the cake. This vacuum doesn't shy away from anything I throw at it, it seems eager to conquer every challenge. I definitely recommend getting this vacuum.

I previously had a Shark Navigator and this vacuum blew it out of the water. I have to preface this by saying I have a HIGH shed dog and vacuumed WEEKLY with the Shark. The first time using the Bissell I had vacuumed two days prior to receiving it and had to empty the canister SIX times and I live in a small 2-bedroom apartment. Side note, I have been the only tenant in the apartment since new carpet was placed, so I know it was only my dogs hair. Cannot recommend this vacuum enough!

SO happy we switched to Bissell. I have always liked the design and capabilities of the higher end lifts way vacuums, and this does even better for a lower cost! We vacuumed 1 day after using our old one and it picked up SOOO much dust and dirt that had clearly been missed for over a year (see photo). The pet tool is really helpful too for the dog hair on the couch and chairs. My husband and I actually like vacuuming now?

This was a great buy, and more powerful than our last vacuum. This Bissell pulls the dirt and dust from deep within the carpet.

Great suction! Easy to use....."swivels" easily! Lightweight! Simple to empty trash....not messy! My husband likes it so uses it without me asking!!! So we are both happy with our new BISSELL.

Powerful! I got a corded vac bc my cordless just wasn’t cutting it and I didn’t want to pay half a grand for a larger battery and more suction. We just got a puppy golden retriever and this vacuum easily cleans our living space with the included attachments.

Great suction, and with a dog really gets all the hair. Easy to maneuver.

This vacuum is performing well so far. I was looking for power and it seems to have better suction than the last vac that I owned. Everything I was looking for is functioning as I had hoped after a few weeks of use. The only thing it's lacking is a retractable cord (you tie it up manually). That's not awful, considering the other features. (Also the power button is not in the place I expected? But, again, not terrible.)

Love this vacuum!!! I have long hair and pets and our hair does not wrap around the beater bar. Very important to me because my last vacuum I spent 1/2 the time I ran it cleaning the hair off of it. Cord could be longer but all in all a great vacuum!!

I recently moved into an apartment and this vacuum had the best qualities! It’s very easy to use and had multiple functions. Works on carpet and vinyl/wood flooring with its easy adjustments for different floorings. It also has multiple attachments and makes it super easy cleaning dust off corners. It even has a flashlight on one of the attachments! Made it super easy to see the dust! Decent size for a vacuum and can be easily stored and out of the way. It can hold a lot and go through multiple sweeps without having to be emptied! Absolutely love this vacuum.

Bought this vacuum as an extra vacuum for my home. It works well, is easy and light weight

The vacuum is very sharp looking, really love the led lights and the detachable vaccum. Good suction except for the turbo bush tool. The vaccum suction isnt strong enough for it. The brush will spin but when you place it against something it stop the brushes from turning making it ineffective.

The vacuum as an upright is great. Lightweight, easy to use and great power. HOWEVER I’ve gone through 2 of them in the last 36 hours because when you use the lift-off feature, an extremely loud and irritating squealing noise happens. I purchased each of the vacuums from 2 different Best Buy stores. A $300 vacuum should not have this issue. Makes me nervous to try any other Bissell products with the same feature. Returning the second one today and i think ill opt to purchase a separate dust buster instead of another lift-off version.

Excellent product, price nicely, makes cleaning with ease. Lightweight works very well thoroughly on carpets and hardwood floors. Highly recommend.

Had a Hoover wind tunnel that I thought was great for almost 5yrs, and recently had to replace it, so while searching this Bissell fit all the points I wanted. Once I used it I was totally ok that the Hoover gave out. The suction on Bissell is better, the swivel is great, I love the removable wand and removable canister features (easier for stairs). The accessories are ok, I don’t really care about the light on the one but I can’t find a way to turn it off. The only thing I wish I had on the Bissell that I had with my Hoover is an accessory wand extension attachment. Not needed often so it’s not a deal breaker, but it would be nice for ceilings up stairs, etc.
