I installed the vpn first and found out that it only comes with 200 mbs of service. That was used up just downloading the antivirus software. Had to pay an additional 30 bucks to upgrade.

P.S. Best Buy said that they couldn't find this product in my account and that was today ;)

I talked wit someone at Best Buy before I made the purchase. Wasted my time trying to download. Bit Defender said it would work, then recanted. What a waste!
