The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is that is a bit complicated to understand which pictures on the buttons perform which tasks. Also the toaster automatically shuts off when time is reached. So if you need more time you have to reheat it and start over. Also I did not realize this was a convection oven. The directions did not tell you how to convert convection time/temp from conventional. Thank goodness for Google. But the size, quality and style is perfect.

This is my replacement toaster/oven for one that lasted almost twenty years. The new one is almost as easy to use, but in going to a push-button operating system they somehow forgot to put on a button for STOP or END or something, some way to let you shut it off if you are satisfied with the amount of cooking done before the button's time is up. It will keep running after you remove your food until the end of the cycle. Nothing in the manual talks about a way around this, if indeed it exists. But it works fine otherwise, and will probably last decades like the last one.

I was looking for a toaster over that would cook different products but in addition do so evenly. This has hit our expectations and looks nice on top of my kitchen counter.

I really enjoy this machine for the simplicity. No dials I have to turn or extra setting buttons. Pick your preferred method, your preferred temp if necessary and hit start. Heating is great and warm up is quick.

It's large enough for a 13 X 9 pan so I don't have to heat up my full size oven. The convection setting takes a little learning curve but other than that, I'm glad I purchase it.

Toaster works as described, no issues so far and we are satisfied with it's performance.

This toaster oven is a little big but exactly what I wanted because I cook in it as well as toast bread or bagels and reheat pizza. It is very user friendly because of the buttons which all have pictures on them and the user guide is very easy to follow.

Like the size and convenience of actually being able to fit a 12" pizza in the oven. Love the digital controls.

The toaster oven does a good job of cooking, but I really don't like that you can't set the time you want - you have to use the self-programmed buttons. It's kind of a pain.

Good for bread toasting. Did not try any other fancy features yet.
