Before buying product by seeing add I thought it would work great. But when I used it, doesn’t met expectations. Because I tried to clean my car floor mat and underneath seat it won’t clean much. Only area it cleaned well is on the seat. According to me it’s not worth buying.

This is the most powerful battery hand vacuum I have ever owned. It picks up everything. It’s very easy to empty. Exhaust air out of back very strong so keep away from your dirt pile!

Powerful suction with the convenience of a tip with built in brush that flips out when needed. The unit is not heavy even though it looks bulky to me. Goes without saying most people will buy it for the cordless feature. So far I have not encountered running out of power as I only use it for quick pickups and then keep it charging. The nozzle is not long for tight and difficult to reach places, but I have a Dyson V7 for those occasions. I do hope this rechargeable battery will last longer than all Dyson's I had owned then forced to retire when their batteries stopped charging. Two things worth mentioning: it is somewhat loud, and the corded charger's tip is not designed to become part of the vacuum holder like my Dyson (yet insertion is still in a specific orientation). Neither are dealbreakers for me though.

Our earlier model with NiMH rechargeable batteries was not charging much and battery replacement is close to the price of a new vacuum. When I took this lithium battery unit out of the box, I thought the batteries were missing as it is so light! It is powerful and has some nice improvements on cleaning out the unit.

This is the third hand-held vac I've had in, I'd say, the past five years. One was a very expensive Dyson that worked fine until it didn't. Repairing it would have cost a fortune so I bought a Shark. It was OK and had a great pet hair attachment but the battery crapped out and a new one was too expensive for a relatively inexpensive vac. So I'm now trying this Black and Decker. It seems to have great sucking power and cleaning it is very easy. So - so far, so good!

Got this one to replace an ancient dustbuster. I use it primarily for our wood staircases and baseboards and quick pickups. We have 4 hairy cats and this works for picking up the tumble weeds of hair that settle in corners. I wanted to wall mount, and this one does whereas a lot of others I looked at do not. It's easy to use, and it lasts roughly 20 minutes. The only reason it got 4 instead of 5 is I would have liked it to work just a little bit longer. Price is reasonable for what you get, plus it's red. Who can go wrong with red?

Was easy to hang (and plug in) inside the closet so as to be convenient for quick cleanup jobs around the house. Works well and is easy to empty. It's always plugged in when back on its holder so it's ready for the next use. (Don't have to worry about it being "over-charged")

I like the fact that this is small, lightweight and easy for quick small pick ups especially grass and dirt my small dogs bring in. It is very loud though which freaks my dogs out though.

I have been using hand vacuums around my house for 30 years. I bought this Black and Decker one after reading numerous reviews online. This model has a lot going for it: it is extremely lightweight and has incredible suction - the two most important features for me. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is extremely loud and I feel like I should use ear plugs to protect my ears! Despite the loudness, I would buy it again.

Very nice and powerful vac. Easy to clean and does the small jobs well. Only down side so far is that’s it’s quite loud

This hand vac is lightweight and easy to use. It is super easy to empty, and the battery life seems adequate. The little flip down brush seems like a great idea, but it is pretty worthless...there is virtually no suction when using the brush. And even when not using the brush, the suction seems less than desired.

This handheld vacuum is light weight and easy to handle. It can get in between different parts of sofa, armchair or get into the corners behind the furniture where the regular traditional vacuum can't.

Small and compact great for car and simple to use. Also lightweight.

It is very convenient and easy to carry around. The vacuum power is great but sometimes it takes a few waving to vacuum a thin and long trash. The vacuum sound is quite loud. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

I like the fact that is vacuum is cordless, makes it easy to use in my car. However, I don't like the fact that I need to keep it plugged in or the power is not at top suction. The attachments are handy but emptying it is just ok. I haven't figured out how to do more than the quick empty -- which is ok for me for now.

Powerful suction, battery last long,easy to carry and dispose of garbage.

The suction power really surprised me, it’s much stronger than previous ones purchased plus it’s so much easier to clean out which is great! The only down side I would say is that I wish the charge lasted longer before having to plug it back in
