Not really "security camera" but more of a budget nanny cam, AT BEST. It works when it wants to. It takes multiple failed attempts just to get it to snap a pic and send it back to the smartphone app. It's even more frustrating when you want to tune in and get a live vide preview. It doesn't take much to knock it offline or out of sync completely either. Hit the "Arm/Disarm" toggle a few times and the whole "security system" stops working and has to be reset and re-synced one camera at a time. And even when it does "work", the picture quality is garbage. It's no 1080p but more like 480p scaled up via software to 1080p. I even set up a WiFi mesh network to help with coverage consistency. And after spending days messing with it and hours on the phone with the overseas call center I ultimately ended up returning everything. It all sounds good on paper but in reality leaves much to be desired.

This one is really good quality and easy to set up and use. Excellent video quality, night vision might be better, but it works enough for my purpose.

Blink cameras are easy to configure and use. It comes with nice user features and takes great video and audio. I was hoping to use it to mount in the house to possibly alert through a window for outside activity, but that requires an Outdoor camera due to glass distortion.

The camera is my third, but my first outdoor camera. The purchase process was easy and $50 cheaper than Amazon (go figure). The set up was easy as can be and so far the camera is performing well. The camera gives me piece of mind as it monitors my curtilage. Don't pay much more for another product when you can have this one for under $50.

Very easy to install did not realize that I didn’t need to call tech so I canceled that call and connected it myself to the existing system.

Video quality is fine but audio is terrible. There is way too much noise on the audio channel. Also, keep in mind this is the new indoor camera from blink and (unlike the old cameras i.e. XT, XT2) video recording comes with a paid subscription. This information is not clear when you see the product info or blink website and could come as quite a surprise if you are buying this as an add-on to an existing XT2 system. Finally, there is almost NON-EXISTENT customer service in case you need help!

this unit works very well. only problem with blink is the yearly subscription rate.

I’ve enjoyed the original Blink XT cameras for a few years and wanted to add a few extra cameras. So easy to add to our existing system with the app. The 2 way audio is a nice addition and the software is very intuitive. Battery powered cameras initially drew me to this brand and now that I am grandfathered in to free cloud storage, I don’t see any reason to look elsewhere! BTW...my (3) Blink XT cameras are still on the original batteries 2 years later. 2 outside and 1 inside.

Easy to add to system. Works as it should. Have to watch for high use alerts will use up batteries so have some on hand.

My husband is in the early stages of dementia and this little camera is a big help to me

Great camera just hate when it runs out of batteries so quick.

This is so helpful in my home, but the only advice you should put in mind is it doesn't come with Sync Module, other than that you straight.
