I bought two mini 3 cameras and one module 2 devie from Best Buy in 2024. They were easy to set up and worked well until I wanted to add a mini 2 camera (from Amazon) this week. The mini 2 did not work with the exsiting account. I called Blink for solutions. A rep helped me did many different things trying to make the mini 2 camera to work, reset the module 2, reset my home internet router, change settings on the Blink App. All cameras now no longer work, meaning no video can be shown or saved (to the local USB drive). I then made calls again, talked to two tech supports ladie Again, they guided me doing a number of things. Still the motion dections do not show on the App, let alone to save them to the USB drive. The last rep said my internet router might be the issue. I use it for movies streaming, for all the Ipads and desktops, I use it for two other brands of securiy camera for local storages, no any problem. I am a stock day trader, orders are executed in fraction of a second. I spent about four hours to three Blink tech support reps, now the three cameras and a module 2 become useless, wasted all my investments. I do not want to pay for the cloud storage.

Great little cameras. Day and night you can see with awesome clarity. I have 5 of these cameras about my property and even stray cats set them off. No one will be sneaky up on us!

This camera, though newer than the others, completed our outside system. He loves that you can talk to people from this camera, and put it up immediately after opening! Thanks Best Buy! It was the perfect gift I forgot about until I walked through your store with another person shopping and looking for ideas.

Set up was easy. Very good camera lens. The video Clarity and color are very good I like the fact that it is battery operated. ( I’m still on the same battery in the Blink I bought last year.

Works well. Little bit of a delay. Still having trouble setting up a limited motion sensor area, but it does pick up side to side motion. Motion coming at the camera is not as good, so you may want to set it up so that the motion you want to be alerted to is not straight at the camera.

They work really good, just not a long distance camera. At night you gotta have a light or you cannot see who's approaching.eworth the money.

Love that you can get alerts with a small monthly subscription for peace of mind and you can check in to see if your surroundings are safe anywhere you are.

works great and very easy to install. but the motion detection is tricky to get accurate - set it too sensitive and it picks up blowing trees, not sensitive and it misses things. It's definitely very weatherproof. Would be nice to set separate schedules for different cameras

Great little camera for what I need- wireless, and completely mobile for wherever I need it and it gives me great video feeds. I love the options it gives me and the easy user interface from my phone. Only wish it was able to display on my laptop- my only critique. Otherwise I think it's a great system!

I have 7 of these outdoor blink cameras around my property as well as the doorbell camera. Great product! Easy setup! Great picture quality and audio work amazing!

I got the doorbell, and liked it so much I got this for my back porch. As with other Blink products, it's easy to set up. My only complaint is the manner in which the camera clips into the mount. Not so easy and I felt like I was going to break it.

Very high quality along with quick settup. Lots of features make it fun and easy to setup many different types of alerts and viewing angles. Picture quality is good even at night. Sound and microphone work better than expected. Easy to add additional cameras and best price.

This camera was purchased as an addition t an existing Blink security system. Installation was very easy. It works perfectly.
