Not worth the money

Also the camera can simply be stolen by just popping out the camera with ease. If you dont use the camera live mode you might get 6 to 8 months worth of usage at the most. Also not all features work without a subscription. Camara quality is not good.

This camera needs a plan through Amazon or a sync module. It doesnt save any of my clips. Ive gone through support they blame it on internet. If the customer rep would've told me it woukdnt work with my current system I'd never bought it. Of course its not returnable. 3rd gen is horrible Im stuck with it and it doesn't even save clips on the correct sync module and blink usb drive which cost me more money!

Not worth the lower price tag

I would not purchase again. The night vision is awful even when adjusting the sensitivity. The app loads very slowly and often throws errors so you have to keep trying to click on the video to get it to load. By far the most annoying issue - the feature to block out “zones” so your cam doesn’t trigger recording does NOT work in the least. I have my entire deck floor and bottom half of the door blocked off, but when my dogs go outside I still get 20-25 alerts and videos all in a row. Extremely annoying and they have to be manually cleared out each time.

Its a descent system but with no customer service is not worth it. Need to upgrade my subscription from single to unlimited cameras with no help.

Bad product
