My Blueair DreamWell truly is a dream come true for my bedroom/home office. I used to refill my old unit daily, but this one is incredibly water-efficient—a single gallon lasts me almost five days! Setting it up via the app was seamless; now it just runs in the background, keeping the humidity exactly where I want it. It is dead silent on sleep mode, and honestly, it looks more like decor than an appliance sitting next to my fiddle-leaf fig. (Speaking of which, my plant is thrilled! Its leaves are noticeably shinier and perkier now). While this humidifier is a bit of an investment, the quality and ease of use make it worth every single penny.

This humidifier has worked very well to keep my indoor humidity at the optimal level for my hardwood floor. However, the built-in hygrometer reading is about 10% higher than the humidity level recorded by the external hydrometers (about $10 each) I installed on the wall in each room (living room, main bedroom, spare bedroom). When I set the humidifier at 60% humidity, the three external hydrometers gave me a reading of 50%, the ideal for my hardwood floor. So I set the humidifier at 60% instead of 50%. Only because of this issue, do I give it four instead of five stars. And because I had to invest an additional $30 for the external hygrometers, I also give it four stars instead of five for value. The water receptacle and the washable filter are extremely easy to keep clean. Every three days I empty out the water container to rinse it out and wipe it with a paper towel. I wash the filter by hand in very hot water, with no soap,rinse it in cold water, and put it back in the unit. Less than 10 minutes to do all that. In the bedroom, I set the unit on sleep mode, and can’t hear the fan at all. In the morning, the external hygrometer reading is still close to 50% so the sleep mode fan speed has been adequate. In the living room, I have another humidifier, same model. It’s a larger space so I run it at #1 fan speed, which is quiet enough that I don’t hear it. Because I keep my doors open, the living room humidifier works also for the spare bedroom, so I don’t need a third humidifier for that room My total living space is about 1000 ft.²

Bought this to replace a cheaper version for sleeping. No more white residue, nice and quiet and effective. Quality product from a quality brand always recommended by consumer reports for a reason. Top quality products.

Works (worked) really well, but I write this review as I wait for BestBuy Support to help me get a replacement unit (or get it repaired). 2 weeks ago it stopped humidifying, and water level stayed the same, so that's not great. I must've just gotten a faulty unit. I like the app, and the ability to top fill, I should've gotten the bigger one though, because right now I was filling it (1 gal) everyday.

Does the job it was supposed to do. I move it when I change rooms and it makes breathing so much easier.

I have this in my 30x12 x 8 bedroom and it humidifies it very well. It is silent and because it is evaporative wicking type there is no white dust you get wirh ultrasonic. And no puddles of water as well.

This is really easy to use from my phone or in front of the machine works really well

Great product! Love the top fill instead of having to detach a tank and fill it then return to the humidifier.
