this robot isnt ready for prime time - it can get hung up on the edge of a throw rug - any power cords - it gets tangled - cant always back out of trouble - does a decent job of vacuuming

Product get stuck alot but seems to be working fine. It took me 2 weeks to get it to work it wouldn't leave base for me. Also,I think it's a ghost install,the robot leaves the base and be sweeping without my asking. My camera start going off and it's the robot lol I love it tho great price and less work for me. Now,you still have to dust mop area the robot can't get under some counter.But area's are not visible to the company anyways. I hope the geek squad there if needed that's all ,I'm going to say.

Bob works okay. It spooks my pets. It took a while to train the family to empty Bob once he is done. All that fur and hair has to go somewhere besides inside him. We are pleased. You can find him a lot cheaper now than back earlier in the year.

While it does have quite the sound, this does the job very well! I don't have get my big bulky vacuum out everyday anymore. Its ease of use with a remote is awesome!

We had an issue with our iRobot vacuum, so we decided to try the bObsweep. It was on sale, and the color of the vacuum matched our washer/dryer. Unfortunately, the bObsweep continued to get caught on the floor vents and cold air returns. It also couldn't navigate around/underneath our kitchen chairs. We returned it to our Best Buy and decided to go with a cordless Shark. To be clear, I don't want to disparage bObsweep. The reviews we had read about this product, as well as talking to the associate at Best Buy, made us think it would be a great product. We have an older, unique house, and because of the placement of the vents in the floor (rather than in the walls), this bObsweep just didn't work out for us. However, it is possible it WILL work for someone else.

Great vacuum to leave running when your leaving the house and come back to a clean home

Works good. I have to many tricky spots for it in my home .I let it run while I'm around so I can help it if it gets stuck but I can do other things and let it take care of the vacuuming.Good

Where do I start? It has a decent sized bin, good suction, but that's where the goods stop. What can't it do? Bob can't go to specific rooms, can't choose to mop or not, can't vacuum in any logical pattern, and apparently doesn't remember where he's been! He vacuumed the corner of my foyer about 5 times while aimlessly roaming around before I finally picked him up and put him somewhere else! What's the problem? No lidar sensor. Lidar is the key component in the latest robot vacuums that allows for no go zones and logical patterns. Bob is a robot dinosaur simply put. So no app, no control, no logic. Also, Bob's roller brush is 100% bristles. That makes for one nasty tangled mess! You want a roller that's part bristles, part rubber. Bob's bristles were completely smoothed over by human and dog hair and it was very difficult to cut it off, and even when I did get it off, lint was buried between the bristles to the point that I had to separate and pick over and over. The hybrid rollers make it far more difficult to have these problems. I ended up buying an ecovacs robot and I don't regret it one bit! What I really hate is the fact that Bob has people wasting their money on old, useless technology. Even if it goes down to the $200 deal of the day price, it's still not worth it. I wouldn't recommend this robot vacuum at all.

Bob works pretty well. I do have you guide him sometimes because he keeps cleaning the same spots. But overall he does what i need him to do.

I was very skeptical however it's certainly not perfect tends to get stuck sometimes but overall it doesn't excellent job at cleaning imagine dust it picks up is amazing so I'm definitely happy to keep it and continue using Bob

Seems to be working as well as our old Roomba & much less expensive!

This is great vacuum except the fact due to the thick round survice can’t get to certain place.

Not the smartest robo vacuum on the market thats for sure. Never tried the app to control it. It will eventually after a few dozen tries learn your house and not get stuck in the same areas. Not good for carpet at all will get stuck and even damage some carpets. Very glad i purchased on sale so do not buy at full price it is always on clearance. If you have mostly no carpet home it does work well.

The Bob is sharp looking, but loud while working. It takes time to learn the best way to use it and when sending it back to charge, it doesn't cut off, and starts up again. For the price, it's an ok deal.

This thing worked amazing!! We love it. My fiancé was a total skeptic but after seeing Bob in action, was SUPER impressed. He of course can't get the floor perfect, so usually after he does his thing I run over the corners with my cordless vacuum but he really does cut my cleaning time down by like 95%!!! Haven't tried the mop feature just yet but I'm sure I'll be impressed. Definitely worth buying for the price! After about a week something happened and it kept giving me an error code. I read through the manual and tried to troubleshoot but couldn't get it working again. I contacted the company who has the most amazing service and warranty. Waiting for my new bob to come now. And boy I can't wait!!!

Not my favorite. He’s to tall and very loud.. gets stuck under my kitchen counters and my sofa. Can not transition from hard wood floor to thin carpet..

This is my first experience with this kind of floor cleaner and still learning the features. But so far it has worked fine as a cleaner and will soon try it as a mop as well.

The bin is full everytime I go to empty it. Not too loud, just wish it emptied itself but for the money, all in all worth it

Vacuum works well. The guidance system seems a little flawed. Continuously gets stuck in the same places, just have to manually pick it up and redirect it.

The bObsweep is great. It cleans better than a broom. I purchase this product because as an elderly I can't sweep like I used too, all because of arthritis. This amazing robot vacuum is excellent. Yes, I would recommend bObsweep to my friends and family.
