Have had this unit for less than a month, but we decided on it after reviewing Consumer Reports. We chose this unit, with fewer "bells and whistles" (like WiFi to start and stop it by iPhone- really ?) since the features met our needs and was less expensive. It wasn't cheap, however. So far, the only issue we have is with the drying part, that is common to most Bosch dishwashers, but we are doing what we can by referring to the manual. With Bosch, you MUST read the book to get the best results. The dishes and glasses are exceptionally clean and bright. Make sure you follow directions depending in the 'hardness' of your water source.

I have only had this dishwasher for a few weeks however, I am sooooo happy with it! It is quiet (I mean like you wonder if it is running quiet), it has three racks (LOVE!!!), very versatile in terms of adjusting the second racks height (Even I can do it), and the dishes come out clean (Yay!) Highly recommend Best Buy! Their team at the store and on site at my house were the best (Just like in their name)

Lots of capacity! I am amazed how much goes into the body of the machine. The third rack for utensils is an adjustment but worth it. Very silent run time and far cleaner than old dishwasher. Watch out for plastic. Dishes come out very hot.

Easy to use, dish racks alterable, sparkling clean and super quiet! Half loads possible.

Only had it a short time. No trouble with the drying issues others have had. Automatic open door seems to work. Washer is very quiet. It is taking a little while to figure out how to load the cooking utensils....large and bulky. So far it is miles better than our old washer.

Super quiet and dishes are super clean!!!!! Third tray washes pizza pans good.

This is the best dishwasher I have ever used in my life! I can put DIRTY dishes in without rinsing and they come out sparkling. The large food particle filter is super simple to remove and clean out, and even with our extremely hard (disgusting) well water, the dishes are all sparkling with no film. It is so quiet that I have to double check that the light is shining on the floor to make sure it's running. The racks are all adjustable so we can manipulate the washer to match the load we're running. I'm amazed that we were able to get such a powerful machine at such a reasonable price. If we had purchased this dishwasher a few years ago, my stepson and I would have never had beef over his grody dishes.

Dishwasher works well, cleans well and is very quiet, We are having difficulty with the rack designs, Not easy to place small and large bowls in strategic position. Silverware tray is excellent and ejoyable to use.

Bought this one to replace a 10 year old Samsung. This product so far is much better than the Samsung. It is quiet and cleans and dries the dishes well. I love this product so far. Only time will tell how reliable it is. One nitpick issue I have is that it didn't come with fingerprint resistant stainless steel. 900 dollars is a lot of money to not include fingerprint resistant stainless steel.

This dishwasher is excellent in terms of quiet operation and doing what it is supposed to do - get the dishes clean. There are a lot of great features and wash cycle options. Although this gets 5 stars, I have one issue with it, but it is because of the dishes we regularly use - to get taller cups (e.g., a reusable Starbucks venti plastic cup) in the middle rack and without hitting the upper third rack, you have to drop the middle rack to the lowest position so that tall cup in the middle rack fits under the third upper rack. If you do that, you can't fit plates in the bottom rack without them hitting the middle rack. If you don't use tall cups, the third rack seems to do a great job with silverware. If the configuration works for the dishes you use, this is a great washer!

Love this product; had the 800 originally but returned it for this so it would open automatically. cleans well, super quiet. runs circles around my previous samsung dishwasher. Would buy again in a heartbeat!

This dishwasher does what it is supposed to. Dishes, glasses, and silverware are clean and dry after the normal cycle. By the way do not clean off the debris. This is a five star quiet quiet dishwasher.

Its quiet, has the options I was looking for. The air dry system is unique. I had one at the house that I lived in Pennsylvania for 28 years. When the dishwasher failed at the farmhouse we purchased in Florida we went to several stores and ended up purchasing this one. We could not have made a better choice.

I bought this dishwasher to replace an old Frigidaire unit. What an upgrade all around! This dishwasher looks great and you can tell it is well made. I've used it a few times this week and it does a fantastic job of cleaning and drying all dishes and cookware. It is also much more quiet than what I previously had. I highly recommend this dishwasher!

We've had our new Bosch dishwasher for a couple of weeks now and we are very pleased with it. The layout of the interior makes loading quite efficient and it is very quite while running. We enjoy having the third top rack to hold all the long spoons, spatulas and such that we had to scatter around out prior dishwasher. It is also very good looking in our kitchen.

So quiet and does well with cleaning. Love the top “third” drawer!

Amazing product! Silent and cleans dishes immaculately. Third rack is great for lids and utensils. Easy to load and removes and cleans excellently. Stemware rack is a wonderful accessory too.

I purchased a Bosch 500 series Dishwasher that we thoroughly enjoy. It's very quiet plus a unique setting for plastic that opens the door during drying. It also had a half load option.

Works well. It is really Quiet. Easy to use. Dishes come out clean.
