Only had it a short time. No trouble with the drying issues others have had. Automatic open door seems to work. Washer is very quiet. It is taking a little while to figure out how to load the cooking utensils....large and bulky. So far it is miles better than our old washer.

Wow! What a dishwasher! I used to essentially wash my dishes before putting them into the dishwasher, so I put this one through the tests. I now give things a quick rinse if cheesy and otherwise, just throw them into the dishwasher. Everything comes out sparkling clean. It's quiet! Not soundless, but very quiet. My favorite feature is the air dry where the door pops open after the cycle. I will say I can't put as many items into this dishwasher as my old one. Maybe that's why it cleans better? And even though the middle rack can drop down I can't put my taller things in there as they hit the top rack. Yes, I could remove the top rack, but seriously, it's every load of dishes, so NO.

Lots of capacity! I am amazed how much goes into the body of the machine. The third rack for utensils is an adjustment but worth it. Very silent run time and far cleaner than old dishwasher. Watch out for plastic. Dishes come out very hot.

Great dishwasher. Super quiet. Super cleaning capability. The red dot is not a cat toy, it lets you know machine is in working mode. We did a lot of research before purchasing. The Bosch 500 was the one. Best Buy had the best price.

Bought this one to replace a 10 year old Samsung. This product so far is much better than the Samsung. It is quiet and cleans and dries the dishes well. I love this product so far. Only time will tell how reliable it is. One nitpick issue I have is that it didn't come with fingerprint resistant stainless steel. 900 dollars is a lot of money to not include fingerprint resistant stainless steel.

This dishwasher is excellent in terms of quiet operation and doing what it is supposed to do - get the dishes clean. There are a lot of great features and wash cycle options. Although this gets 5 stars, I have one issue with it, but it is because of the dishes we regularly use - to get taller cups (e.g., a reusable Starbucks venti plastic cup) in the middle rack and without hitting the upper third rack, you have to drop the middle rack to the lowest position so that tall cup in the middle rack fits under the third upper rack. If you do that, you can't fit plates in the bottom rack without them hitting the middle rack. If you don't use tall cups, the third rack seems to do a great job with silverware. If the configuration works for the dishes you use, this is a great washer!

Its quiet, has the options I was looking for. The air dry system is unique. I had one at the house that I lived in Pennsylvania for 28 years. When the dishwasher failed at the farmhouse we purchased in Florida we went to several stores and ended up purchasing this one. We could not have made a better choice.

We've had our new Bosch dishwasher for a couple of weeks now and we are very pleased with it. The layout of the interior makes loading quite efficient and it is very quite while running. We enjoy having the third top rack to hold all the long spoons, spatulas and such that we had to scatter around out prior dishwasher. It is also very good looking in our kitchen.

I bought this dishwasher to replace an old Frigidaire unit. What an upgrade all around! This dishwasher looks great and you can tell it is well made. I've used it a few times this week and it does a fantastic job of cleaning and drying all dishes and cookware. It is also much more quiet than what I previously had. I highly recommend this dishwasher!

Very happy with this dishwasher. Easy installation and leveling. Extremely quiet. Bosch has put a lot of effort into creating a great product. 3rd rack works great for smaller items. Would recommend highly. Some people think a dishwasher should just wash dishes. Kind of like a car should just get you from one place to another. If you have the means I would recommend a Bosch

Amazing product! Silent and cleans dishes immaculately. Third rack is great for lids and utensils. Easy to load and removes and cleans excellently. Stemware rack is a wonderful accessory too.

I chose Bosch because it had good reviews. Best Buy was able to get it installed for me within a little over a week. The dishes come out sparkling clean and it is very quiet. Another thing I like is the buttons on top are actually buttons, not just touch screen. I am vision impaired so this is helpful to me. Also the indicator lights are easy to see.

There is good and bad about this mid-range Bosch washing machine. It is rather quiet and cleans well, but I could do without the covers over the cutlery basket and the layout of the bottom tray is a little confusing. The set-up was a little difficult to pick up on and while the wash cycle was effective, the dry cycle leaves something to be desired. In all, the machine is fine and I suspect that I will get used to its vagaries, but it is not particularly user-friendly.

Love this Bosch dishwasher. We have an open floorplan so was looking for a quiet dishwasher built well and this did not disappoint. The 3rd rack and adjustable 2nd rack is great! Best Buy’s installer was great too. Highly recommend!

Easy to use, tons of space! So quiet you can not hear it run!!
