Good overall microwave and wall oven but so overpriced. Not just Bosch but all combo units. As others have indicated the only real complaint is that the unit beeps too softly to indicate time has expired or the temperature has been reached. You only hear it if in the kitchen.

The microwave control panel went out just and the entire microwave was no longer operable. It was out-of-warranty and the estimated repair was almost as much as a new unit. Our other Bosch products work great, but this microwave is definitely a “lemon.” This appears to be a common issue with this model too, from what we’ve now learned. I do not recommend it.

Easy to use, have used the roast and pizza modes and some of the best results we have ever had with a turkey and pizza. It also is a very attractive unit.

Bosh offers a combination not found with many other manufacturers - A unit which can be used as an broiler oven and microwave - now we have our "double oven" and microwave in the same space where we took out our single oven / microwave combination. I could not be happier.

Purchased micro/wall oven combo HBL8752UC. There is a slight defect on the left side of the microwave oven door. The stainless steel skin is not as connected to the door as on the right side. This does not allow door to be fully flush with the rest of the unit on the left side. There is also a slight imperfection on the bottom edge of the microwave door. The model number is HMC80252UC/03. Would like to see if BOSCH will send out a replacement door as this unit is very expensive and already showing that it is not very durable.

Great for space save. Energy efficient, nice and user friendly!

My frustration is pretty bad - I had the oven for two weeks and then decided to run the self clean cycle on it - the glass shattered after 30 minutes (google it, pretty common) at least it was safety glass. Also, never could get the speed cook convection oven to preheat or the microwave to warm up a cup of water - exchanged the unit and the new speed cook still wouldn't preheat or warm up a cup of water - waiting on an additional exchange to the 800 microwave - giving up on the 'speed cook'

This oven has two components- a microwave on top with full oven functions as well as a full sized bottom oven. Works great - even heating, useful timer, good self-cleaning feature.

Who needs a toaster oven?? Dbl wall oven with Microwave that you can use a toaster oven or warming oven or anything!! Works Awesome!!

First off, delivery and setup was amazing! The oven/microwave is great! So glad we upgraded from a double wall oven to this combo unit. The microwave works really great, lots of nice features. It has heating elements on top and bottom as well as convection so we didn't really lose an oven. The oven works great too, lots of nice features too.

My wife needed a new wall oven for the holidays. This one worked well. Open box item that had a minor dent on the bottom corner. For the price we can accept the imperfection on the exterior.

Just remodeled my kitchen and had no idea what appliances to purchase. The sales team was able to find what I warned within my budget.

I received 2 deliveries from best buy. Both damaged. Waiting for the third.

This is a relatively good buy/value at this price point, at low-mid end of premium appliances.

Combo works well overall, provides consistent heating, and is compact. Unfortunately the microwave hinge spring broke and you have to replace the entire door, which costs several hundred dollars. Very disappointing. We purchased this oven combo in 2017 as part of a kitchen remodel where we installed all Bosch appliances. Almost every one of them suffered a failure within a few years, but of course outside of warranty. See my other reviews on the Best Buy site. Bosch is no longer a quality manufacturer.
