These earphones are great for people who do sports and are looking for quality audio while on the move. Only complaint is that they are a bit noisy to the people around me, but that's typically only on max volume. Otherwise these are some of the best wireless headphones I have experienced and the Bose app even helps you find them when they've been misplaced.

Connecting between apple products was a pain....would take forever for it to connect just to my watch. I didn’t like that when talking on the phone you’d have to use both or else it wouldn’t work.

When using the phone, only the right earbud will allow you to hear conversations. Left just turns off. I would pass on this product. AirPod 1s much better

When I am outdoors, I want something that can block out all the sounds around me and I feel that Bose always packs a punch. I love how they feel and the quality of the sound is amazing on these.

Random disconnects

I am however, having a problem with them disconnecting randomly. The only way I have found to remedy this is to put them back into their charging case and let them pair again. Very inconvenient.

Good quality sound. Short battery life.

Not disappointed, but just expected more. The battery case did not hold a charge for more than a week off not used. You have to keep it plugged in. A little trouble staying in the ears when running, as most of these types do. They're ok with other normal activities.
