When this headset first came out, there were issues with disconnects and latency between the audio and video that made them unusable for anything but music. I'm happy to say Bose put out an update that resolved this issue, and I can finally recommend this headset. Here are the pros and cons from my perspective- Pros- Completely wireless - As Bose says, there are no wires on the headphones themselves. They connect with each other and their paired device with Bluetooth. It uses Micro USB to charge the case. Battery Life - It's good. Tends to last around 5 hours of playback, and the case needs to be charged every 3 days or so in my experience, but mileage may very depending on how heavy usage is. Audio Quality - Bose has always been among the best here. These are fantastic sounding, and with the virtual elimination of Audio/Video latency, these are great for casual use as well as exercise. Cons- Price Tag - With a $250 MSRP, these are some of the most expensive Sport Headphones out there, even for wireless ones. The other Soundsport wireless headphones have internal batteries with a Micro-USB port available for use, and they are $100 cheaper, but if the allure of no wires is good to you, these might be better.

These do justice to their name—they’re great for working out. They’re my go to headphones while at the gym (when we used to go to the gym before 2020 destroyed our lives lol) and for running. They sound great too. The only things I dislike about them is that If I’m outside running and it rains they fall out of my ears, and that the physical buttons are very hard to press.

Sounds very good, fit perfectly in my ears and they are very comfortable to wear.

This is my first set of truly wireless headphones and I love them! This is the sound you'd expect from Bose, including an enhanced yet balanced base. These are not noise-cancelling, which is what I was looking for. I use these mostly for running, biking, and working out in the yard. When I'm out on the road I know I'll be able to hear what's around be as well as my music/podcasts.

The sound quality is excellent, plus the buds stay put when working out or playing basketball.
