The sound is great and the charging case is an added plus.

I ended up returning these. They sound amazing. The issues were that sometimes one or both would disconnect, then you had to forget the device and re-pair them. Phone calls only come through the left side. That's how they're designed. I didn't like how they protrude from the ears. I actually ended up exchanging the first pair because they're marketed to have zero latency, but when watching a video the audio and video are no where near in sync. They're not true wireless. Supposedly they were supposed to get a firmware update to make them true wireless but I didn't want to wait around to find out. I returned them and got AirPods. I expected much better from Bose.

The sound is the Bose sound that you expect, great battery life and the recharge case is awesome.

Purchased there earphones over the apple air pods because these are waterproof. The sound is great and loud. I love that they include different ear pieces since the apple headphones always fall out of my ears. Biggest con is that they bulge out of your ear and are pretty noticeable. Would purchase again since it does what I need it for.

I run with them use them all the time almost daily and they stay. Sound quality is great. I've accidentally washed them twice and still they worked. Only problem is the wash ate one and I can't find after looking for weeks :( Good news is that the one left still works great and I can use by itself. Will be purchasing another set.

I purchased these ear buds for my boyfriend as he watches a lot of YouTube videos at night while he is on the oil rig. Had some trouble getting the left earbud to stay connected at first, but after that it works great. Calls are crystal-clear but it seems to only take the call from the right ear bud. No complaints so far!

They fit well. Easy to run. Had the JBL version and I would always lose Bluetooth connection.

They sound, look, and feel great. Stay in my ears at the gym and that’s why I bought them.

I absolutely love the sound quality of these headphones. I typically use only the right ear, since I mostly wear these while working and need to hear when people address me. Still great quality with only one bud in. I do find that, when I wear both buds, the left has a tendency to fall out easier than the right, even when locked into my ear.

Great sound and clarity. A few connection issues but otherwise wonderful.
