I returned them because the left bud had a connection issue and premature battery failure. I would have exchanged but I found the Bose 35 II for a nice deal at Best Buy so I got them instead.

Amazing sound

The negatives are, they hurt after a few hours of wear and they can fall out. I travel a lot and had one pop out on take-off and rolled a few rows behind me. Need to use the finder and was able to get it back....few.

The only downside of the item is the following: 1. When a phone call is received, only the right side bluethooth is the only one that will function and recive the call, if you have both headphones on the left side will be left blank. This is a mayor concern that Bose should fix and maybe could so via an update, which the headphones do have if you have downloaded the Bose app for your phone. 2. These headphones are water resistant not water proof and come on its the year 2020 and having water resitant headphones should be out of the market by now. 3. These headphones are coated in a soft rubber plastic which in time is broken off as per deterioration and this should not happen in the year 2020 headphones. Bose please fix these issues as well as any other that I may have forgotten.
