Sound quality is very good. Not sure if I am returning.

I am very happy to see that you are enjoying the sound quality of the headphones, however I am sorry to see that you are experiencing connection issues with the headphones and would highly recommend that you clear the pairing list on the headphones by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you hear device list cleared. Please also remove the connection from your devices pairing list. If the issue still persists I would recommend that you reach out to our customer support team via the contact us page on our website.

For a these small earphones, the sound quality is mind blowing, have been using more than 6 months and it is great. If you are looking for better portability then this might not be the right thing for you, apple airpods2 will be good. But when it comes to sound quality, i dont think anyone can beat Bose

Great for music/ less for phone calls

Exceptional for music listening but no noise canceling for phone calls and calls only route to the right ear piece. Returned and switched to Jabra because I use mainly for phone calls.

The sound is very loud and powerful and the battery life lasts long with its case. Its your go to powerful buds! It’s absolutley a Best Buy and cheap priced too.

I love how they fit in my ears and don’t fall out. I struggle a little using them to answer answer my phone and often disconnect the caller. Operator error I’m sure. Otherwise great sound and quality.

Bose Earpiece Wireless

And I bought some earbuds something Samsung Galaxy Buds And I bought at Costco and try it it’s horrible sounds, and I don’t recommend that kind to buy pieces are garbage. I returned and bought Bose earbuds excellent sounds. Worth of your $$$.....

I had a set of Soundsport wired headphones I lost and tried a few others because I didn't want to shell out the money for these. So when they went on sale, I jumped at the chance and absolutely got a great deal. These are great ear buds. No problems whatsoever and most importantly THEY SOUND GREAT!
