I didn't have any connection problems with my iPhone 8, no dropouts, which was a big plus. I didn't try them with video so I can't comment on the updated software that supposedly fixed earlier issues with audio syncing. The sound quality was very good, especially for a Bose product. In the end I was turned off by the bulky fit. They felt as bing in my ears as they looked. I didn't find the fit very comfortable for anything longer than 30 minutes, taking them out was always a relief. The case is very bulk too. Overall I would recommend the Airpods for Apple users over these. Sound quality compared between the two is actually quite close, with only a slight edge to the Bose, but everything else about the user experience with the Airpods was far superior.

They're also a bit bulky in comparison, but are worth it when sound and keeping out noise are more important.

I've been a loyal Bose fan for years, have bought at least 10 plus headphone and sound systems from Bose. These Earbuds sounds pretty good as they should due to the cost, but like many reviewer stated, the left earbud hardly stay connected! I just want it to stay connected when listening music, but it goes in and out with slightest movement of your head. Its ridiculous! After trying for more than a month, with one exchange, I am giving up! If you are looking for high quality wireless earbuds, look at Nuheara! After trying the Bose it really made me appreciate how great the Nuheara earbuds are and its much more comfortable as well!

The sound quality is amazing. My only wish is that they would go to a USB-C charger instead of the weak micro USB. Be careful though - it's easy to lose these if you aren't putting them into the case every time you remove them from your ear(s)!
