My only reservation to date is the length of the battery charge. Still breaking these in but during down time it seems that they will discharge in their case. Other than that wife loves them...

I guess this is the case with all true wireless headphones. I am hoping that Bose will soon find a fix for this problem. Other than the video lag issue, the sound quality is absolutely phenomenal!!

Would be 5 stars but slight issue when syncing to video such as using to watch tv. Sound and video just a bit off. Supposedly Bose knows of issue. Otherwise for pure listening and comfort a great product

Something Bose could possibly fix with a software update but unsure. Sound and fitment were excellent but I had to pass!

In regards to the video lag, A SoundSport Free software update is now available to improve audio-video synchronization for most customers and use situations. You can download the new software wirelessly through the Bose Connect app or by visiting btu.bose.com on your computer. This update will benefit customers with Bluetooth devices that fully support Audio Video Distribution Transport Protocol (AVDTP) version 1.3 or later. We have confirmed Apple iPhones and iPads use this protocol and we continue to evaluate other popular Bluetooth devices. Audio-video synchronization may also vary depending on the mobile app being viewed (e.g. Netflix, YouTube). We encourage customers to use the most recent software for your mobile apps, Bluetooth devices and Bose headphones. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to customer service. Best In-Ear Headphones I've Ever Had

They are great for music and phone calls on my phone. I also use them for my Peloton bike and they are fantastic to not have a wire while cycling. The case is small enough to fit in my pocket and the charge lasts for a good amount of time.

I've always been impressed with Bose for my home entertainment and these earbuds live up to all the Bose excellence. I also really appreciated the different size ear pieces it comes with. Highly recommend.

Eh.... I think the Jabra would be better....

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So the Bose are great and all but when I’m watching YouTube videos the lag is like 3+ seconds and it’s extremely noticeable but the sound and the “find my Bose” features are enough to keep me as a Bose “junkie” . I wish I could afford to buy and try both the Jabra elite Active and the Bose SoundSport free but for the sole purpose of gym truly wireless earbuds I’m satisfied 100% with my decision. For anything outside of the gym, I will continue to use my other earbuds because that lag is annoying . Anyways, sound quality is top notch so no complaints there and the app and handy!
