Great for phone calls or working out. Excellent quality. Would be 5 stars but slight issue when syncing to video such as using to watch tv. Sound and video just a bit off. Supposedly Bose knows of issue. Otherwise for pure listening and comfort a great product

Wife loves the sound quality, comfort of the ear fit... My only reservation to date is the length of the battery charge. Still breaking these in but during down time it seems that they will discharge in their case. Other than that wife loves them...

Great sound great fit but a bit of Ear fatigue at times

So the Bose are great and all but when I’m watching YouTube videos the lag is like 3+ seconds and it’s extremely noticeable but the sound and the “find my Bose” features are enough to keep me as a Bose “junkie” . I wish I could afford to buy and try both the Jabra elite Active and the Bose SoundSport free but for the sole purpose of gym truly wireless earbuds I’m satisfied 100% with my decision. For anything outside of the gym, I will continue to use my other earbuds because that lag is annoying . Anyways, sound quality is top notch so no complaints there and the app and handy!

I have bought two pairs of these head phone and this was my second purchase. I bought a second pair for my SO. Overall the quality of the sound is great. I use them primarily for workouts and have only had one minor issue. They “might” loosen up while running but this has happened only once. It is a minor issue but my ears are small. Great product.

I love them they sound real good so much that i cant hear anyone around me when my music is on the only reason for the 4 star was cause i had to send them back to bose cause of a transmiter problem but they wear very nice and took good care of me and sent another pair right out

At first, I was skeptical because the size was a little bigger, but once the sound came thru I realized why and WOW amazing! I've always been impressed with Bose for my home entertainment and these earbuds live up to all the Bose excellence. I also really appreciated the different size ear pieces it comes with. Highly recommend.
