I guess this is the case with all true wireless headphones. I am hoping that Bose will soon find a fix for this problem. Other than the video lag issue, the sound quality is absolutely phenomenal!!

I bought a second pair for my SO. Overall the quality of the sound is great. I use them primarily for workouts and have only had one minor issue. They “might” loosen up while running but this has happened only once. It is a minor issue but my ears are small. Great product.

Something Bose could possibly fix with a software update but unsure. Sound and fitment were excellent but I had to pass!

In regards to the video lag, A SoundSport Free software update is now available to improve audio-video synchronization for most customers and use situations. You can download the new software wirelessly through the Bose Connect app or by visiting btu.bose.com on your computer. This update will benefit customers with Bluetooth devices that fully support Audio Video Distribution Transport Protocol (AVDTP) version 1.3 or later. We have confirmed Apple iPhones and iPads use this protocol and we continue to evaluate other popular Bluetooth devices. Audio-video synchronization may also vary depending on the mobile app being viewed (e.g. Netflix, YouTube). We encourage customers to use the most recent software for your mobile apps, Bluetooth devices and Bose headphones. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to customer service. Fits for running. The feel - so,so.

The sound quality is good. The feel of wearing them? It's ok. Just like with any wireless buds I can't wear them for more than an hour. So if you just want some buds that will stay while working out, you got it.

They are not noise canceling, but that is not what I am wanting when I am out running anyway! I find that the sound quality is clear, but I can still manipulate the volume to control my awareness of my surroundings!
