Pros: These earbuds give awesome sound that drowns out outside noise. Easy to connect and easy to use. Charge lasts a good amount of time. Downside: they stick out a bit and the volume control buttons Re stiff

I really like these new headphones. I travel a lot and the nice small case is a real plus. I can’t wear most earbuds but these are very comfortable. The bright orange is great as flight attendants can see them.

THE UPSIDE: - Sound quality is very good - The ability to switch between paired devices is nice. They work fine with my Android devices and my Apple TV and iPad - except for the video delay. THE DOWNSIDE: -Cell phone calls are only heard in the right ear. -The Volume up/down and select buttons are very hard to push and require about 4 times the pressure necessary making it awkward to adjust the volume while they're in your ear. -There is a significant delay in the audio when watching video. It's a long enough delay that it looks like you're watching a different channel - there's no relationship between the audio and the lips moving. I'm living with it because I often have video playing in the background (like news) but I can't watch a movie with them. -These will only pair with one device at a time, unlike the other Bose products I have (QC35II & SoundSport Wireless - I can be watching a movie on my Apple TV, for instance, take a phone call, and then resume the movie all through these headphones but not with the SoundSport Free model) -The SoundSport Free headphones are incompatible with Windows PCs. I have spent hours on the phone with Bose tech support and they were unable to resolve this problem. These will only connect to a windows pc/laptop via the Bluetooth low quality headphone protocol (one ear) designed for a phone earpiece, not the stereo audio Bluetooth protocol. You can verify this on the Bose support forums. Bose has yet to offer a solution to the problem but there are MANY people who have been trying everything they can to solve it. The delay and Windows computer problems only exist with the SoundSport FREE. I have the Bose QC35II and the SoundSport Wireless and have neither of these two problems. THE BOTTOM LINE... If you don't intend to use these with a PC or watch video, they are excellent and I have no complaints other than that. For $250, these should work like my other Bose products and AT LEAST as well as all my other cheap bluetooth headphones and speakers. How can Bose release a headphone that you can't use with VIDEO or with a Windows computer?

I can tell these give amazing sound even when excersizing. But i have to say its not really noise cancelling because i can still hear background noise even when volume is high. Maybe its just me...

They sound great and are solid when places in your ear (they don’t fall out). Wish it had longer battery life. 6 hours is a little short.

So happy with this purchase. I have AirPods which I use for other applications. But I bought these specifically for nighttime when I like to listen to various things to fall asleep. It took a little getting used to the size, but they stay in my ears well and the sound is awesome!

The sound on these are tremendous! I use them on the go, but you need to carry the case at all times because constant usage will cause you to have to charge them more often. I wouldn’t use them to sleep in.

These things are the best! Use them constantly. Only minor complaint is how far they stick out and how they look while wearing them as a slight issue, but otherwise they do not come out, great sound, and prefer over the ear pods

The earbuds were very comfortable and had a pretty nice volume to them. I did however return them because while on call , only the right earbud functions while the left one is completely silent. I just really didn’t like this feature at all.

Sound quality is great. The plastic ear pieces are a bit uncomfortable. When I wiggle them into my ear, the plastic tips are little to hard. Softer tips would be more comfortable.

Love my ear buds, can not believe I waited so long to bye them. I could not have pick a better brand Bose is the BOSS!!!! The music is so clear and crisp. I am a music buff so when I mow or ride my bike Bose goes with.

I bought these for my husband and he says they were just what he wanted. The sound quality is awesome.

I had the soundsport with wire and this is way better because it’s built better than the previous one.

Purchased these for my son who is a sponsored elite marathon competitor, for use during his workouts, which can be up to 18 to 20 miles daily. Prior to these Bose Earbuds, he was using the Bose Noise-cancelling headset. The Earbuds are far less bulky and safer.

If you listen to music as much i do, and your picky when it comes to audio quality. These are the way to go. After 3 pairs of the cheap anker ear buds. I made the change. They hold up to the dust. The sweat. And sound amazing. 10/10 I do recommend to everyone

I use these for my cycling at the gym, and for walking around town. What I really like is the case that protects them when they are not in use. My previous earbuds would get destroyed since there was nothing protecting them. Of course, there is the sound I love from all Bose products.

I am a very big Bose fan, and I have always bought and supported the Bose. The clarity of the sound and the phone conversation is great. The button usage is good. My only complaint is that they are bulky and heavy

The earbuds sound incredible and surprisingly good for phone calls. They also stay in your ears really well. The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is the battery life could be better.

They are okay... music sounds great phone calls are okay. And kinda difficult to put in your ear also the case is kinda bulky I like my apple ear pods better BUT they music quality is better on the bose

These really do work great. They stay in my ear and remain connected. I’ve tried jabra Sony apple earbuds and the small things to keep the buds in your ear make all the difference. Great for running and basic workouts but not good for CrossFit and more challenging activities
