The plus is that they do not slide in my ear while I am in the gym

She has never heard high end sound. One of my employees recommended these to me and my wife asked for a good pair of earbuds for Christmas. Needless to say I did right.

NOTE: I have a Pixel 3XL - and there is a delay issue when watching youtube videos - however - if you adjust the audio settings in the developer options it work just fine.

The SoundSport Free wireless headphones include three sizes of StayHear+ Sport tips. For optimal audio performance, it is essential to choose the correct size StayHear+ Sport tip. You'll want to select the size that gives you the best comfort and fit in each ear. To determine the best fit, you may need to try all three sizes. You may need a different size for each ear.

The sound is as good or better than high end wired ones that I own. The on-earpiece controls take some getting use to. The Bluetooth connectivity is very strong.

No problem with connecting and no problems when doing cardio as far as falling out. I would recommend them to anyone who likes earbuds! Great sound as well!
