The lack of good color options is a slight downside. Would be great to be able to customize. Might look for skins or something to add my own flair.

No problem with connecting and no problems when doing cardio as far as falling out. I would recommend them to anyone who likes earbuds! Great sound as well!

I am thrilled to hear you enjoy the sound quality of the product but am disappointed to hear that the volume and fit doesn't cut it for you.
Obtaining a decent fit is key to ensuring a decent seal that results in a better level of perceived volume, so, if you haven't already, please try out the different StayHear tips provided in the box with the headphones. You may have a much better experience with a different size. Another thing to take into consideration, also, is that your ears are not always symmetrical. You may need a large in one ear, but only a medium in the other.

I loved these so much, I lost them after about 6 months and went back to repurchase them again! LoL Great quality... I use them all the time!

I am sorry to hear that you are having Bluetooth issues with the headphones and would highly recommend that you clear the pairing list for both the headphones and the laptop. You can do this on the headphones by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you are prompted that the device list is clear. I would also recommend that you reboot the laptop.
