If you are doing exercise, you must turn the headphone backward in your ear to make it tighter, but in this case it is less comfortable. In other situation, you actually don't need to turn it, and it's more comfortable. The sound quality and the beating is definitely better than the airpod.

Bad for inner ear piercings

They did not stay in my ear due to a tragus (sp?) piercing (so that’s on me). When I sweat they fell right out. If you have inner ear piercings then go a different route.

For comfort, we would always recommend you try the other size(s) of eartips that we offer, as this often allows users to find a comfortable solution, even with piercings/studs.
Additionally, if you are having issues with connection we would implore that you run the updates for our headphones to ensure that these have the best software for connection to all devices.
