The left headphone cuts out way too often, sometimes it's for a second or 2 at a time, or sometimes it's for much longer and I need to reset the headphones. They could also use much more bass, they're decent quality but beats sound much better, overall not worth the money

Cumbersome

It does have very good sounds when playing songs but only one headphone works when talking on the phone. I thought the other headphone was not connected but when I played a song, both of them worked! Also, they stick out of your ear, making you look awkward. I had to return it.

Great sound if you can keep them Connected.

The problem I have with him was keeping them connected to my phone. I will be watching a video or listening to music with the phone in my hand it will lose connection ALL the time. I returned them twice to finally end up with the new beats!! Way better product!!

The best truly wireless headphones yet
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TL;DR These headphones sound great, have plenty of volume. Work on their own just fine if only using one earbud (except the right ear bud is required for phone calls). For starters, I have a pair of the original Soundsport wireless headphones (with the wire connecting the earbuds). I really enjoyed them. They sounded good for wireless earbuds, battery life was okay, and they were comfortable. The Bose StayHear+ sport tips could be a little softer, and may cause discomfort during long sessions of use. As the tips broke in, this discomfort decreased. I was willing to accept this because I never had issues with them falling out during exercise. The SoundSport Free wireless headphones are a significant improvement on the original Soundsports. The audio quality is much better and they are significantly louder than the current "wired" Soundsport wireless headphones. They are only slightly larger than the original Soundsports, so I have grown accustomed to how they look. They are still 100s times better than the old school bluetooth ear pieces from the past. However, I have already found myself using 1 earbud only while I am in public places (especially when listening to audiobooks). This gives the appearance of me wearing a bluetooth headset from the past, but oh well. The charging case works nicely, but I have noticed if one earbud is full, it does not seem to charge the other, but I could be wrong. Again, this is from me using one at a time frequently. I love how easy it is to put them back though, I always hated trying to plug in the original Soundsports in their charging case (plus it was an additional cost). Cons: My only real complaint is that they can only connect to one device at a time. This is because the earbuds have to connect to each other while also connecting to the device your using. But, I have the bose app to help switch them back and forth. If you are even slightly tech savy, it is pretty easy to switch from device to device. Simply hold the bluetooth button on the earbud to disconnect, it will automatically be ready to connect to a different device. Use either the connect app or the bluetooth menu on the other device. I have read complaints about video syncing in other reviews, I personally don't use these headphones much for video viewing, so this does not bother me. I could be as simple as a software update to fix, but I am not sure.

We know truly wireless headphones are subject to some latency between audio and video, but the feedback we’ve received indicated the product wasn’t performing how we expected.
A SoundSport Free software update is now available to improve audio-video synchronization for most customers and use situations. You can download the new software wirelessly through the Bose Connect app or by visiting btu.bose.com on your computer. This update will benefit customers with Bluetooth devices that fully support Audio Video Distribution Transport Protocol (AVDTP) version 1.3 or later. We have confirmed Apple iPhones and iPads use this protocol and we continue to evaluate other popular Bluetooth devices. Audio-video synchronization may also vary depending on the mobile app being viewed (e.g. Netflix, YouTube). We encourage customers to use the most recent software for your mobile apps, Bluetooth devices, and Bose headphones.
