Probably the first disappointing Bose product

I prefer loud music but apparently have to always set the volume to max (even in a quite ambiance) in order to hear the songs properly. Never had this kind of experience with my other Bose products. 2. While the ear plugs fits in nicely, one cannot hear continuous music for long as it kind of heats up the ear. I feel the irritation and have to pull out my plugs every 15-20 mins to get in some fresh air into my ears. Would have lived with these two shortcomings had this been for a lower price! I think with a $250 price tag and Bose brand, I would have definitely expected a lot more.

I thought it was a defect and exchanged them. Then I read the user manual. You only get audio in both ears for phone calls. Bad Move BOSE. I went with a competitor.
