For the best experience we recommend that you place your mobile device on or near your right side when the headphones are in use. The Bluetooth signal is first processed by the right earbud which is then streamed to the left. If there is any interference with the Bluetooth signal, the left ear will drop out first. Now they only stay on for 20 min at a time. I liked them, this is the second pair i purchase and the first had the same problem just not as bad. I wont purchase again unless I hear the battery issue is fixed. Also, disconnects from my iphone often, but I would guess that is apple not being friendly to other products.
