I purchased this wireless headphone to use it daily and now i can't live without it. This is sweat resistant so perfect to wear during workout. I love all the bose items and always satisfied with it.

Very hard to pair and a lot of times them get out of sound at 30% of battery, very expensive if you compare it vs a Xiaomi air buds from $19.99 which ones do not fail as the Bose, maybe not the same quality, but you didn’t noticed when the Bose fail and the Xiaomi doesn’t let you down when you need them ok

Love the fact that I can wear only one at a time when working in the yard and still hear what is going on around me, or wear both for rich audio without ambient noises thanks to the noise cancelling!

Awesome sound as expected from Bose but very bulky. They feel heavy and are not that comfortable.

Bought these for gifts. They were a big hit. They fit well and the sound is fantastic. The charging case makes sure they are ready to use.

The sound is very good... But, they look to big on my ears ... and hard to place them on my ears

Works great, unless you are biking, the wind noise drowns out the sound. Also, when you are on a call you only hear through the right earpiece.

I purchased these for my wife who is small and had a difficult time finding any that were comfortable. The others we have tried were just too large and she has liked these.

Light, small, comfortable and excellent sound. The only thing to be improved... during the phone calls the left pod gets deactivated and the conversation just could be listened on the right side.

Last forever. The bass hits hard. Noice canceling. Stays put in your ear at all times. Jumping rope, running, lifting. Great product. Better than paying 250 for beats.

Great ear buds only thing I don't like is whenever you get a phone call only the right side plays

sound quality is good but for use of phone calls the mono sound is disturbing .

I got these headphones for my husband and he loves them! They are comfy to wear, and the sounds is great. He loves that they come with a charging case. He can also link them up to our smart tv.

Great product, Fit is great, easy to set up and use. Instant pairing with phone and sound is fantastic. Used "Find my buds" feature yesterday and worked great as well.

The audio is great . The only downside is they protrude while on your ears. Not as low profile as I would want them to be.

The bud are nice but... Bulky and big on the ears. Overheat easily. Sound quality is great.

Over all the headphones are good but they are not as loud as my beats headphones I had previously.

I have been a Bose fan for over ten years and never encountered poor performance from a device until now. The app is required to use it both on my iPhone and Samsung cellular phones, wherein it struggles most to connect with my iPhone to the point I use it solely with my Samsung. The final disappointment is the connection problem while playing music. The left bud will play music in "spots" wherein the music goes in and out regularly. At first, I thought that was how the music was recorded by the artist to create a unique effect until I purchased a competitor's brand of equal dollars- boy what a difference! I missed the deadline to return the Bose wireless headphones to a local retail store wherein I will have to deal with Bose's technical support to seek a resolution. Meanwhile, I have to listen to my boyfriend's "I told you so," heckles this year for Christmas. What a disappointment for sure. For the amount I invested in this device, I expected better performance without any hassles nor troubleshooting.
