Great sound but the charging box went out

I looked on the website and lots of others had the same problem. Fortunately, I had a warranty and was able to exchange them for a new pair (I got completely different ones).

The in ear grip does hurt over time, and Bose made one earbud master with the other the slave. Meaning the music must be communicated through the right earbud then transferred to the left, so the music drops on the left (slave) bud often. You also have to have them both on not just one.
