Liked them but to big for my motorcycle helmet so I had to get different ones.

These earbuds have great sound but they did not fit my ears properly.

These ear buds worked great for almost a year and then one of them just stopped working. I would purchase again.

Sometimes if you wear these for a long time they hurt your ears. Also, if these are being used with Apple products, specifically the iPhone, the audio does not sync with the earbuds. Meaning that if you are watching YouTube, you will heartbreak audio, but the people are a little behind in what they are saying. Other than that I would say this is a good product.

Only con is that does not work in stereo for my transcription program, only the right side elicits sound.

This is the first wireless earbud that I’ve been able to take and receive calls and the person on the other phone be able to hear me clearly every time

Good for college and high school students. They may be a little too easy to lose for younger students.

I have a pair and always on my phone and it works seemlessly with all my devices. I even bought them for gifts for others.

I’m old fashio so I never fancy wireless divices; but these Bose wireless headphones are outstanding.

These ear-buds are great , and there worth every cent , good purchase for the money .

The sound was fabulous, as I expected from Bose, and was I willing to pay a premium for this. However, I primarily bought these to pair with my new Sony OLED TV, to watch TV on while exercising at home. There is a terrible audio lag when watching video. Bose support told me to update the firmware, which I did, and then there was no lag as long as I was using only one earbud - but that's not a fun way to watch movies - I want something more immersive. Bose Support then told me that the product is not intended for use with video. It's just for audio-only uses like for playing music while working out. That's absurd. Earbuds went back to Best Buy, and I'm disappointed.

buds only get sound on one side if being used with anything but the software for ios or android - if paired with bluetooth on macbook/surface you only get one bud that has sound. really bose ? I have the original sound sports and they get both sides. I have run the most recent update to this buds but still only get sound on one side unless using their software via phone or tablet

The sound quality, fit and finish was amazing. However, I had terrible Bluetooth connectivity with one earbud cutting in and out constantly. Upon reading tons of reviews online I found this was a common issue and decided to return for a more reliable product. I was disappointed in Bose.

Great quality. Only thing I didn't like is Best Buy asked me to purchase the protection plan again when I exchanged them for not working.

I own or have owned almost all the Bose headphones and earbuds and they all sound pretty good but I was blown away at how good these sound. Excuse me for saying but they sound better than my Bose QC 35’s!.. the bass is better and more prominent. The highs and mids are just about a perfect blend. And they are loud! Some earbuds and headphones I’ve has sound great but they don’t go loud enough. These will make you ears ring! That’s what I want. I want them to jam if I need them to. At first they weren’t that comfortable but once the eartios got broken in they are exceptionally comfortable. I’ve lifted weights, played basketball and ran in them and they stay put. I didn’t think they would but they do. The storage case is a charging case and I can listen all day and only have to charge for a few minutes at break time when at work. Unfortunately they don’t block outside noise very well. I was hoping they would do better at that. And maybe they stick out a little more than in ear buds but they are well worth it to me. Siri and phone calls are only on one side which kind of stinks but eh, it’ll work since I don’t get many calls. Overall I love these! The sound quality is exceptional and the comfort is very good and they stay put. Try them. I’m sure you’ll love them too. If they don’t sound great, you have the wrong size eartips in. Go to the next size and that will solve that.
