I had the wired version and could've done a commercial for them I was so fond. Had high hopes for these but they didn't have the sound quality or the comfort of their wired big brother. Ended up returning them for airpods.

I am glad to hear you were impressed with the sound quality, but I am sorry to hear you have had issues with the fit of the product. The headphones ship with 3 sizes of tips, and while they fit most ear types, there are some occasions where you may not be able to get a perfect fit. Not all ears are the same!

Not very good value for the price

There are steps to do but you have to repeat every time it got disconnected. It has become a drag after a while. Three pairs having the same issue. Maybe a manufacturer design flaw. Just switch to Jabra. Let’s see how it goes
