Battery life dependent accidentally dropped main device and could not locate it. No warranty covers it. Out $300.00. Will stick with cord devices from now on.

Not worth the money

I will say it does give out a nice sound when listening to music but when talking on the phone or video chatting you can only do it on the right earplug. The kicker is the only way that the you can talk through the right earplug while on the phone is that it has to be in the case after you answer the phone or it won’t connect to your phone if already in your ear. I am so disappointed with Bose. I kinda wish I could get my money back because it is a waste of money to me.
