However I work in a factory and these do not block out much background noise or go loud enough for my liking. Hurt my ears after prolonged usage. Very large and bulky too.

Posted .Hello! Sorry to hear that you are finding the headphones uncomfortable. Did you know that the tips are interchangeable. Our StayHear+ silicone tips are designed for improved in-ear stability, increased noise reduction and a lasting, comfortable fit. The tips sit securely inside your ear with no need to push them into place, and use the ridge of your ear for added support.
You might just need to change the size to ensure you are getting the best fit. There are 2 extra sizes in the box, I would suggest giving them a try to enjoy your headphones more!

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with one of the earbuds disconnecting consistently, however. We can definitely try and help you out with that. Please also try pressing the Bluetooth button to wake it. If this does not help, the left earbud battery may be fully drained. To check this:
1. Place the left earbud into the charging case for one minute, allowing it to charge (make sure the charging case also has a charge).
2. After it has charged for a minute or more, please remove the left earbud and see if it reconnects.

I updated it then, but the issue was still there. They also fitted to big even with the smallest plug. I am 5’-8”. I returned them after a week.

Unreliable and subpar sound

They disconnect during my workouts. One will connect and the other will not at times. Can be on the charger for 8 hours and will say only 80% charged. The sound is not that great. They cannot stand much heat at all, and in Texas that is not useful. I am very unhappy with this purchase. The only reason they have not gone back to the store is because I cannot find the box. Stay away from these! A complete waste of $200. I will be buying beats again soon.
