I purchased for playing PUBG on mobile and watching YouTube. Both applications lag. This is a know and unresolved issue. Also having them in for long periods of time(+2hrs) hurts my ears.

Useless after update

Contacted Bose and was told the only thing they could do was give me a small discount on some new ones. Would have thought that they would have us send these back and get new ones but that was not the case. I ended up buying the Samsung buds to match the phone, and these Bose buds sit in a drawer along with another set I had for my iphone, useless and collecting dust.
