Well like some other individuals I have a hearing issue on my right so it’s useless and there is not way to change it.

Although they provide large and small ear inserts neither fit. The large hurt my ears and the small would always fall out. I thought perhaps I would eventually get use to the large ear inserts and eventually they wouldn’t hurt but after 6 months I returned them. There is an app for Bose Connect to locate a lost ear bud but it never worked. I would continually misplace one of the ear buds (usually the right one) and the app never worked to locate the lost ear bud. The sound was okay but not what I would have expected from Bose. Definitely NOT worth the money.
