I tried many different earbuds and headsets. The Bragi were comfortable and have a wide range of features, but they still aren't there yet. Returned them and tried this one. Really loved these Bose ones. They are very comfortable in the ear, but a bit heavier than other brands. Even still, they were very stable and I didnt not have to keep pushing them in or worry about them falling out. My main complaint is that they only worked for the right ear if you wanted to listen to only one earbud. Many times I wanted to use it while doing other activities like cleaning up the house with the kids. I want to hear and pay attention to them, while discretely listening to music or an audiobook in one ear. My right ear eventually fatigues or itches and I want to switch to the left earbud, but these dont work that way. You need to either use both or use only the right ear, but the left ear cannot be independent. That is the only major flaw I encountered. Otherwise, I *loved* the audio quality on these. Very noticeably better than the Bragi and other headsets I tried. Another odd negative is that when it goes to phone mode it downsamples teh audio and it sounds tinny, but from what I have read basically every headset does the same thing right now on the market.

Awesome! Clear sound fits great and lasts for a decent amount

First off, the sound on these is great as you would expect. Several issues that Bose needs to address. One, the units are just too massive. I get that they want the controls easily accessible, they are but way too hard to press, but these things stick out of your ears so far it looks like your growing mushrooms. Second, the removable ear pieces are not comfortable. The wing that secures it in your ear is too flimsy and it feels as if these mushrooms are bouncing around on your ear. The part that goes into your ear canal isn't your typical bud. It's like a flimsy cone that actually pulls at your ear canal skin and doesn't provide a good seal. Third, Bluetooth connection is abysmal. I get interference quite often outside and once that happens the music just keeps breaking up even after the interference is gone and I have to disconnect and and reconnect the buds. Look elsewhere unless you want frustration and fatigued ears.

Excellent sound, they stay on your ears when doing workout but, there’s a big “but” or down side of it, you are going to still hearing outside noise or you can even have a conversation while listening to music unless you heard them loudly and that’s not good. They don’t work well on a noisy place. The battery life is excellent.

I've been using these for a while and I love them. They're great for listening to music or watching movies in bed, but they don't block audio. In my case, that's a plus because sometimes I need to be aware of my boyfriend trying to get my attention without just grabbing me and shaking violently. Audio quality is good and they're performing like new half a year later.

I was debating between the Bose wireless and Beats Studio Wireless. I've tested both for weeks. The Beats were great in sounds but my major concerns and disappointment were that I knew I would eventually sweat profusely around the ears during the summer and working out. So I went w/ the Bose. Oh did I make the right choice. So easy to apply and battery life is great. No wire hassle, works great with your winter gear and jogging!!

Amazing sound quality as would be expected from Bose. Headphones have multiple sizes to fit your ears. The headphones are a little bulky but can easily looked passed. I used them for running and sometimes they seem to start to fall out. But if you are just around the house listening, they fit pretty good and will not fall out.

They appear bulky and uncomfortable, however, the earbuds fit well and stays in the ear. Whether working out or doing yard work they stay in the ear and are comfortable. More importantly, the sound produced is excellent. The manual controls are difficult to work but the Bose app. allows you to do everything from your phone. A great choice if you want a good pair of wireless earbuds.

The sound quality and the fit of the Bose SoundSport is outstanding. I have ran and worked out without any issues with them staying snug in my ear. The issue I have is when on a call only the right ear bud is active by design. I had the Jabra Elite Active 65 and both earbuds worked on calls and that was a better user experience.

Great sound but no sound isolation. This is a major problem for me personally because I mostly use them for the gym and hate the sounds of the gym and would rather block as much of it out as possible. Not to mention when working in a loud environment such as with power tools or even mowing the lawn. I found myself wanting to turn them up to a very loud level due to the outside noise such as mowing the lawn. My concern is the potential hearing damage that could result from wanting to do that. Also had connectivity issues several times where the left bud would cut in and out. And they’re a bit on the bulky side. I did end up returning them and bought the new Jaybird Vistas which I absolutely love.

Excellent sound. Only headphones that fit like they've been built are under my ear !!! Awesome BASS

Amazing sound. Great fit. It’s like having a subwoofer in your ear. Doesn’t fall out either.

The comfort level could improve, but I have sensitive ears. I think the material is too strong for something as delicate as the skin on the ear. But they sound great and can Bluetooth with your TV, so you don't bother your sleeping partner or neighbors in a condo with some late night action or music if you're up later than they are.

I hated the sound quality coming out of those earphones as it rather lacks deep base and out of balance. This headset is not. I was amazed by how advanced the current wireless earphone technologies is at. To be honest, this is still not on par with wired earphones regarding sound quality, but it is not up to the level that you cannot accept. 2. Connectivity: This is the most significant issue now. It occasionally drops the connectivity between the left and right earbuds without apparent reason. This is extremely annoying as you imagine. It does not matter how good the sound quality is if you cannot reliably listen to music. I am continually monitoring this issue, and if they cannot fix it within the next 30 days, I have no choice but to return this earphone.

Great sound, secure fit, good battery life but a little bulky

After going back and forth trying out each of the available wireless earbuds, I found that these have the best sound available. The only semi-negative comment I had read was that a couple people stated that they didn't stay in their ears securely. Not the case that I've found after using them for about three weeks now. These are the best sounding earbuds! The base is powerful, you truly get a crisp clean sound. I highly recommend them.

Great sound and bass, Decent Range, Stays in Ear, Subpar Design

Great sound from these little buggers. Can use to talk on phone. Will not fall out. Comfortable!
