I wanted headphones for gym and daily day to life purpose. I bought them and after using them for 4 weeks I would say these are the exact headphones I was looking for. It is very easy to just put on these headphones and perform all my exercises. Very comfortable and firm grip(During my exercises in gym, they never fell off and the sound is very great). Very portable and the battery life is also amazing. It comes with portable case which have a battery and can charge the headphones 5 times. This made my life easier and I don't have to worry about the charging. The design of this product is superb and it is not bulky and weight is also very less. I already placed order for 2 more for my brother and father and will advice my friends to buy these.

They are a piece of junk. They hold a charge in case more than two day. Don’t buy

Lag between audio and video. There is design flaw for this model. Planning to return this product.

Sound quality is really good and clear, the bass is perfect, and the sound cancellation is reasonably good. I even put them on in a very crowded/loud restaurant where people were yelling and I could barely hear the crowd. I have absolutely no connection issues or battery issues. They charge really fast in my experience. Yes it only plays in the right ear when talking on the phone, not a huge deal. Only two things I've noticed that I dislike are that they are a little large but not a deal breaker and they do hurt a little in the ear after an hour+ of use if not positioned just right. Repositioning does help with this. Overall I definitely recommend. I haven't owned them very long and will be sure to update with any issues.

I got these about a month ago. I absolutely love them. I lovw how they fit into my ears and how they have different size tips for the headphones. They stay in place and do not move while doing you daily exercise or tasks. The charging box is small and can be carried around easily. The charge lasts a long time. These work great while on the phone. Music and peoples voices are crisp and clear. Only thing i didnt like was the right side controlled everything. And couldnt wear only one when needed except right side. Also when on the phone only works on right side instead of both sides. I will definately purchase again in the future! Best headphones ive used ever

Left earbud continually cuts out. Tried troubleshooting tips suggested by Bose, issue got worse.

Battery life don’t last long. After two year only it, don’t work no more.

Would not recommend definitely not for me was not comfortable at all don’t know why anyone would want them

They are not soft enough to big and they to much $ for something that's going to bother you on your ears

Severe lag, only one headphone works for calls. Extremely big. Bose can do better.

I bought these and on the 13th day I returned them. In short, it’s definitely NOT the Bose sound.

I dont like this headphones. They just recharge with case open. If I closed case, didn’t recharge.

I don't like it you can't use one at a time one of the stupid model

I have had several different brands of wireless ear buds and this brand would not stay in my ear!

The left side don’t work anymore. You would think that $250 earbuds would last a lot longer!

I charge them. Go to use them a week later, both the case and buds have no charge.

I've gone through a few pairs of true wireless earbuds lately and have been disappointed with all of them except these. These are the first ones that I think will not go back to the store. Here are my thoughts on them: Pros: -Great sound quality (for bluetooth). Obviously, you aren't going to get wired headphone sound quality from any bluetooth device. No matter what the phone manufacturers tell you, it's just not there or even close. But these are as good as you're going to get. I have some others that I think sound better (SoundPeats), but it's close and those do have the wire between them. The Bose slightly edges out my Pixel Buds, as well, and completely blow away the Jabra Elite 65t. -The case is great. A little on the large side, but very secure while still being easy to open. There are helpful lights to show you the battery level and whatnot. -The buttons let you perform pretty much any function you'd want them to. Volume up/down, track skip forward/back, pause, Google Assistant (or whatever you use), and a button on the left side that just manages the connection between devices. -The fit is excellent. They don't sit far in your ear and are very lightweight, so they're easy to use for long periods without fatigue. -Rock solid bluetooth connection. I don't think I've heard them drop out once. And the range is very good. -Can be used with multiple devices. I can use them on my phone, then connect to my work computer seamlessly. -Voice prompts for battery level, connection status, etc. are nice. Cons: -For the price, I feel like active noise cancellation should be a given. This can't count against my rating, obviously, since I bought them knowing they didn't have it. But Sony did it at a lower price point and it is what Bose is most known for. Perhaps a less sporty pair in the future will have it. -There is also no noise isolation. They fit similarly to my Pixel Buds, just barely in your ear, but weirdly comfortable and secure. That's fine, I wasn't expecting that either and it's expected from sporty earbuds for safety reasons. And once you get to about 75% volume, they pretty effectively drown out most (not all) noise. -Like most other bluetooth devices, there is a delay when watching videos. It's not the worst I've seen, but it's pretty bad. I don't watch many videos in a normal day and if I do, it's after I get home, so it doesn't affect me much. The Jabras mostly eliminated it (though the audio quality in general was trash), so I'm hopeful that Bose can also come up with a fix. If you do plan to mostly watch videos and audio quality isn't important to you (like, at all), the Jabras might be an option. -Firmware upgrades take ages through the app. Don't even try it that way. I left mine updating for 3 hours and it never made it to 50%. Use the desktop updater from their website. Once I did that, I was done in 5 minutes. -The app is basically featureless. At least throw us an equalizer or something. -The voice prompts are nice, but she sounds like she's just waking up from anesthesia. Give the lady some coffee and try again. -The buttons do a lot of things, but they're very mushy. They just don't feel great to push. Once you get used to them, they're ok and you don't think about it, but I feel like they could have done better. I would rather have given them a 4.5, if that were an option, since there were a few cons. Nothing is perfect, after all. However, I'd have to say that, even with the drawbacks, they're closer to 5 stars than 4. At least until a pair comes along that can compete in terms of audio quality. They're still not perfect, but they're pretty much the best of the true wireless category at the moment by a comfortable margin.

Bluetooth Connectivity issues are well documented on the Bose website (if they haven’t deleted them)

Connection is easy, they don’t sound well to be a Bose item. It’s just like any other headphones.

They don’t stay in your ear at all, very bulky. Gave them to a friend.
