Posted .Thank you for your review. We’ve heard from some customers who are experiencing audio synchronization delays while watching videos. We know truly wireless headphones are subject to some latency between audio and video, but the feedback we’ve received indicated the product wasn’t performing how we expected.
A SoundSport Free software update is now available to improve audio-video synchronization for most customers and use situations. You can download the new software wirelessly through the Bose Connect app or by visiting btu.bose.com on your computer. This update will benefit customers with Bluetooth devices that fully support Audio Video Distribution Transport Protocol (AVDTP) version 1.3 or later. We have confirmed Apple iPhones and iPads use this protocol and we continue to evaluate other popular Bluetooth devices. Audio-video synchronization may also vary depending on the mobile app being viewed (e.g. Netflix, YouTube). We encourage customers to use the most recent software for your mobile apps, Bluetooth devices, and Bose headphones.

Trouble for me is the left one won't sit well in my ear but that's on me. Charge lasts a long time. In my situation it's an over priced ear peice for phone calls only but priced well for listening to music if in-ear only support works well in both your ears.

It's Bose so you already know that true tone quality sound is there, but i like how easy they fit and lock into your ears. I run through a forest preserve with hills and exercise after and i swear they dont budge an inch! Definitely worth the buy.

I have quite a bit of Bose products and have always enjoyed the music quality. So far, I have to say that I really do enjoy the comfort and sound of these but just got them but so far, very good.

I have been getting into running and was having a very hard time with my corded headphones. I did a decent amount of research and was pleased to find that the BOSE solution was the one of the best options. After using them, I highly recommend them. I would get the protection plan, but I rarely have issues and enjoy the quality of sound and comfort of the ear pieces.

Am much happier with the Bose than I was the other two brands. The volume and sound is far superior to the other brands. My only disappointment with this product is the left ear bud cuts out from time to time. This has happened on two different pairs.

As more video calls and conference calls became the norm, I had cycled through several pairs of headphones without finding a pair I could consistently use. These BOSE fit great, were comfortable all day long and sounded great.

Unfortunately the left earbud won't sync and sound only comes out of the right earbud. This has happened multiple times and is frustrating to the point that I will be returning these.

I'm pleased that you enjoy the sound and the fit of these headphones. I am sorry that you've experienced some connection issues with the left earbud.
I would recommend resetting the headphones by following these steps:
1. Place your earbuds in the charging case.
2. Connect the charging case to a wall outlet using a USB charger, then wait five seconds.
3. Disconnect the USB cable from the charging case, then wait one minute.
4. Remove your earbuds from the case.

It’s taken some time finding the right fit in my ear, switching between the included small, medium and large ear buds. Has a good battery life. The connectivity is very simple and automatically pairs once out of the case.

I have been using them for a few weeks now while lounging around, lifting weights, and jogging. The fit is excellent with no “looseness” or need for continued readjustment. Sound quality is Bose quality sound.

It will blow your mind listening to the same music you always do but sounds totally different using the BOSE Bluetooth headset. Makes me want to listen to everything again just to hear what I have been missing. It's that good! App needs some love.

Awesome Headphones

These fit great, don't fall out, have great sound, and the charging case is very convenient. I do have an issue where both headphones don't connect to my iPod sometimes, but that's more an iPod issue not the headphones.

Best headphones I’ve ever had

I have pretty big ears and most headphones fall out when I run. These stay in perfectly no matter what. They are also extremely water resistant. I’ve been out running in the rain and have never had an issue. The sound quality is great and they are comfortable enough to wear all day.
