I loved these when they worked. They were light, fit well and sounded great. I experienced intermittent issues with Bluetooth connectivity to one of the ear pieces.

Remember to read all the specs before you buy a new product. The sound is great, the buds fit perfectly and do not fall when you jog or play sports. All great until I receive the first phone call..... One ear only....Seriously? I have exchange the product by Jabra +75. Which it is not as comfortable as the Bose, however has mindblowing features like 5 frequecy equalization, 2 devices simultaneous connection and yes...it plays phone calls in both ears....

I had trouble with Beats and a number of other ear buds for use while running. Finally, a pair of buds that have great sound quality and do not fall out while I run.

I"ve had these for a while now, and they have improved with the post-purchase software updates (no video lag, BT connectivity, etc.). I've updated them at least two or three times as updates became available. I've found it to be a lot easier to perform the software updates via PC with the buds in the case (case door open, case plugged into usb port). They never seem to update through the app via bluetooth. Sound quality is very good, good bass, treble, and mids. Doesn't sound "tinny". These did have a lot of video lag when I first got them, but isn't the case now with the updated firmware. As of writing this review on 10/17/2018 it is at the latest firmware. Paired with Galaxy Note9 (also had the Note8) and never had any issues with either of those phones.

Hey so bought these headphones and they are the best sound is great when listening for music and the convinience that they can charge is very good highly recommend considering i love music and great quality

These little headphones sound great and have great battery life. Although I guess not everyone likes these types of earpieces as they can be uncomfortable depending on the person. Best to get a gift receipt if purchased as a gift.

The headphones are amazing as far as retention and Sound Quality. The only thing I would ask Bose is to make both interchangeable as far as the control of telephone unit. Currently only 1 (the right) functions in this capability.

These are excellent buds. At first I was apprehensive whether they would feel loose when running. I did not have an issue - I also enjoy listening to electronic music with these and even prefer it for that genre over my QC35’s.

These earbuds have amazing sound quality. They do connect easily, but not as seamless as AirPods when using an iPhone. Very comfortable in ear after extended use

Great sound quality, look great and don't fall out of your ears (they come with several different size earpieces). The quick charging case makes these a better choice than Airpods

Initially purchased the Sony true wireless, I had to return them for short battery time and poor performance. The Bose did the trick. They are just great. Excellent sound quality. Long battery time.

had a set with the wires before and they were great until somebody stole them these new wireless ones with the charger case are fantastic liked them so much I bought a pair for my sister xmas present

My brother loved it he used it in his daily used.its comfortable to his ears and give great sound.very handy and don’t used to much space as they are wireless no wires tangling around his nexk

I bought the Bose Soundsport Free Wireless specifically for Workout and Walking Sessions. They have been very comfortable with Great Sound for my type of music (Classic Rock, Retro, Alternative). I highly recommend it.

Stay in ear during workout. Sound is good. Sometimes need more volume in a loud environment, i.e. an airplane cabin.
