This is a great product with amazing quality. When streaming music it’s very useful. It’s like wearing headphones with great sound quality minus the bulk. The only issue I have with it is that it has a 2 second delay while watching YouTube videos. Here’s a tip: to watch YouTube use safari if you’re using your earbuds. Another concern I have is that only my right ear bud will connect to my desktop. But, other than that, it’s a good product with amazing sound quality.

As you'd expect with Bose, the sounds is great. The earpieces are lighter than they appear and when I workout, there is no slipping and they stay in place nicely

I replace my old ones with these ones and they’re better than the old ones I like them better without the cord connecting them and they last long to awesome

This product is very reliable and provides great sound quality. It also fits very comfortably on my ears and I never worry about them falling off.

These wireless headphones are really great for working out or everyday use. A bit pricey, but well worth it, in my opinion.

Originally had purchased some Anker/ear pod like blue tooth headphones, but did not like the way they fit into my ear and almost made it sound like I was listening underwater at times. I took those back and got these and have been incredibly impressed. They are comfortable and fit extremely well without having to be crammed into your ear canal. They are quick to connect and easy to use. Hopeful that the phone call audio will be in stereo soon...that's my only gripe is that phone audio only comes through the right ear vs. both.

I walk daily and I wanted something with quality sound and is comfortable. I got both with these. It’s what I expect from Bose for the price.

I would definitely tell all my friends about these. It paired with my phone easily, light weight & I can use for 3 days without charging.

The sound can’t be beat and they are secure as your head on your neck but they seem a bit bulky.

Surprised how well these did while working out and very comfortable with ear tips. Like the charging case because it fits in pocket and is convenient

This Bose you now the sound quality is the best the only thing I don’t like when they lose connection you have to put it back to the charger to have the connection again

These are amazing....the sound is awesome and they’re completely wireless. Plus the charging/carrying case is nice

The sound out of these wireless ear phones is excellent. And even though there is nothing external to hold them in place they never come out even when I’m running.

Purchased the blue ones, used the app to pair them to my iPhone X and allowed the app to install a firmware update. I’ve used them to watch videos on my iPhone and iPad as well as listening to music on my Apple Watch and they have worked flawlessly. The sound quality is far better than any of my other wireless earbuds. I’ve used them, with my Watch, while outdoors doing a variety of activities including chaining/strapping loads (I’m a trucker) and have had zero connectivity issues with them. Perhaps the latest update fixed that problem several people have noted (and almost made me pass on buying them).

They sound much better than any other wireless headphones I’ve had. On top of that they stay in my ears at the gym. Most headphones come out with regular walking.

Great sound and battery life quality. The only thing with them is the bulkiness of them. Overall a good product.

Sound quality is great. They do lose connection intermittently when at places like the gym which can be annoying.
